Well we have the topics from last time, I think two days time is enough to flesh that out. It's also enough for me to figure out how to get myself a mic.

Based on my experience at chairing project meetings with people you can't physically hit or threaten to fire, I'd say having a schedule and a host that can reign in the group tendency to wander into idle chatter is pretty important. A timeline with a rough allocation of time per topic would be useful as would an overall goal for the show's run time, enough to keep it snappy and on track but not so much that you're stifling the natural flow

Yeah, so I lied again. Been pretty busy with my own stuff (website, classes), so I haven't edited the pilot at all. I PROMISE to get it edited... SOMETIME.

I have the time, but lack the skill. :/

GOGcast: Ep1: Don't mess with my brohans.

Had an awesome show planning Skype chat. We now have a Google Doc and a great outline in progress with tons and tons of topics to choose from. Life took over so we weren't able to do the actual show afterward unfortunately, but from now until next week we'll be researching and refining the outline, doing another pre-show chat Wednesday, then recording the show Thursday. Perhaps we could have it edited and everything before the following Wednesday and GOG could pimp it out then (non-release day). Should be great! :)
