I requested a key for Painkiller Black Edition on August 20th, didn't get a response, so I made a follow up on the 26th, it is now the 28th. No key.
Sad face.
What's going on?
Sadly, there's been several threads like this lately. It seems GOG needs to hire a lot more support people.
Seems like it's dead at the moment. I don't know what's going on but I hope they really turn things around soon.
even us ravenous GOG fanboys are starting to be annoyed. there must be something up.
WIN 7!!!1!
SYSTEM SHOCK!!!1!
Well, I hope they are able to solve whatever it is, killing their support.
It better be announcing DOOM... >_>
I like that you guys' response to bad service is to wish for more things to buy from them.
...
Not that I blame you.
We need more than one game a week too, the whole site feels like it's moving in slow motion.
Well, it's just that I have a feeling they will be able to pull it together and have fantastic service.
...I hope.

I seem to be doing well with GOG, but my 2 weeks with gametap are at an end, too many bugs, especially with win7.

Hire people to work remotely. They can pay me in GOGs :P
Well, the anniversary is soon. Maybe they are busy with that.
edit: as in adding more to the site and a sale

That makes sense. The anniversary better be epic.
Whats up with GOG lately... :/
The site loads terribly slow, and I've been getting a lot of 404 errors. Also, sometimes when I post, my post gets eaten for no good reason.
According to some posts on the Steam Forums and PKzone.org, You can get a legitimate CD key for Painkiller by putting your email address in this and hitting OK:
http://pl.cdprojekt.com/painkiller.asp
And in my experience, It takes on average about 20+ days to get a response for a CD key requests through GOG support.

They gave me one for Far Cry in less than a day. But that was way, way back.
EDIT: @Stuff, :p
