I tried submitting support tickets (regarding broken downloader) through the support form at http://www.gog.com/en/support/contact/my_orders_and_payments, and through 3 attempts and 2 browsers it just took me back to the contact page as soon as I hit Send - with no confirmation of a ticket submitted on either the page or my mailbox.

Am I missing something, or is the form broken?

It's very early Monday morning here in Europe, so the GOG staff won't be in for a few hours yet.

Not from a browser or old downloader download, no.
Yes, I'm having the same problem. It takes me back to the contact page after clicking send, without any confirmation that it worked.

I was searching the forums and it seems the same problem was happening last december.
