Why are regular customers being left out, just because they don't check the site daily?
Because the world is a cruel, unforgiving place.
They specifically said they wouldn't email them out, and only advertise them on Twitter and Facebook.

But they also said they'll be on the exact same day each week this month, so you only have to check once a week.
I'm a regular customer and not being left out.
Usually every wednesday isnt it?

That avatar reminded me of how good the crusader games were
I don't check the site daily either. I have Boxcar watch the GOG RSS feed for me and I get notified about new posts.

I think a GOG rep said that, from now on, Wednesday will be random deal day.
GOG's mailing server seems to be a bit... crap. Not to put too finer point on it. I barely get emails from GOG as it is, despite having the necessary box checked in my settings here.

Yeah, I get that too. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

I don't think they're going in the spam folder. I think they're just not getting sent half the time.
In case anyone wants to know, if I am not mistaken the RSS feed is this: http://www.gog.com/en/frontpage/rss

It always works for me.
Of course I do always get the e-mails a week later after the sale has ended so it doesn't do me much good.. but I get the e-mails.

I recommend to use the feed from twitter. After the beta there were some problems with the normal rss-feed. I don't know if they completely fixed it, but to be on the safe side the twitter feed is better.
