Reflective day where I feel a longing for something I knew, go to face it, and it recedes faster than I can catch or identify it. The Ghost of Christmas past, perhaps, but it somehow leaves you yearning for that which you cannot define.
Something is missing, and it seems to be endemic.

Good evening/morning friend.
No doorbells the other night, no phone calls, no distractions....
Spam in forums, rested my eyes for a bit, poof! Woke up 6 hours later.
What possesses me to think I can "put it away" for half a day, and rest my eyes for a few minutes, speaks to my undying stupidity of just how things work :-)
