keeveek: Hey guys, you should really search through game related topics for bug reports. It seems that you can fix some of them right away, but they are hanging there forever because you forgot about them :P
Retrostage: Never thought of sending an email to describe a problem?
Did you really need to necro this post with a comment that had already been addressed in the post above yours by someone at GOG?
This is a done deal, all fixed, etc.
Lou: If it doesn't get reported I say don't work on it. Use the system that has been set up to handle issues or don't cry about it. If someone e-mails me directly or leaves me a phone message instead of e-mailing or calling our service desk - I tend to let the issue / request sit for weeks without a response.
I have more important things to do than be someone's personal Help Desk Tech.
I hope you don't work in retail, at least at the customer service level. While I appreciate your frustration with people that don't act upon their own problems, excellent customer service is proactive and helps them anyway. It's just good basic business practice.
Anyway, the point was made and noted, emailing support certainly helps to resolve issues as it did in this case where i did that and posted here.
