Oslin007: cant i already jump t any lvl I want? and are the new lvls good? the WASD key mapping is already done!
You can via console, this is good mainly for the mods and bonus maps - some of which are great - and to make multiplayer easier if you'd want to play it. By the way, co-op in Blood is FUN
thanks for advice , will check it out, wait are there only 4 lvls in the main game each shorter than half an hour! im at the train, is that lvl 2 out of 4!?

No, there are 4 episodes and each has, I think, 9 levels. That would make about 4.5 hours per episode.
aa i see, thanks , got a little worried there:) great game!
My personal order, from most to least favorite:

1. Duke Nukem 3D
2. Painkiller Black
3. XIII
4. MDK (if counts)
5. Blood
6. Unreal
7. MDK 2 (if counts)
8. Redneck Rampage
9. Far Cry
10. Shogo
11. Chaser

Really unsure where to put Blake Stone - the controls are really keeping it back.
whats the thing with painkiller? honeslty it seems really dull - i eman can it compare tog games liek hal oand halfife at all?
Well Painkiller is adrenaline-filled non-stop action which forces you to strategise and keep full focus. It's not just a shooter, it's a really, really, REALLY fantastic, well-made shooter where every level is different, every enemy feels unique and, generally, the game is awesome.

Comparing Painkiller with Half-Life is really like comparing Armies of Darkness with the Night of the Living Dead both have Zombies, but are not really competition for each other.
Agree with the rest that Painkiller, Serious Sam, Unreal, Far Cry and Duke Nukem 3D are the greatest if you like to run around and shoot at stuff.

If you like to tickle your IQ, consider SWAT3: Tactical GOTY Edition. The graphics are dated, but the missions are diverse and well thought out. However, there is not too much shooting per se as SWAT teams are normally not encouraged to shoot on sight. Still, you can get away with a lot more gun violence than cops in real life here :)
ok i get u - might check painkillero ut. BUt - if I want a game like half life, some story, quite focused, which GOG game shoudl i get?

Unreal. It's as story focused as Half-Life was, well maybe slightly less. If we're talking strictly FPS of course.

You do realize it's 2.99 on GoG and it WILL work, right? Eh, you shouldn't run into any issues on win 7 anyway - if you do PM me and I'll tell you how to resolve it.
4. 59 on gog - huge difference.P but you rae right, I should support GOG if i want it
