Unless the games for commodore 64, atari, and much older systems are like almost at free-away prices, I do not see a reason for those to be overwhelming popular.
Overall i think you guys should not consider which system to focus on, but what games to work on. Each and every system of those have those amazing games that you will be able to sell in tons.

Amiga as most others have said. So many fantastic games that came out for Amiga only. It was the first introduction to PC gaming for many, and many memories still live on from it.
Arcade next, as there are certaintly heaps of arcade games of yester-year that are now lost in time, as there are no available sources for them.

2. Sega Mega Drive
3. Arcade
To be honest: any of those platfroms would be a fantastic addition to this site :)
My votes:
Sega Dreamcast, Amiga and Arcade.
Amiga, Commodore 64, Sega Genesis (Megadrive), Sega Dreamcast, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, Neogeo and Arcade
My reasons:
Genesis/Mega Drive games, Super Nintendo and Nintendo 64 games are accessible easily through emulators and retro services like XBLA and Wiiware.
Although other systems are also available through emulators, it's hard to find many of them, and to make them work. I would like to include Commodore 64, but couldn't let any of the other three out...

Nintendo 64 becouse of Zelda and Mario games.

Because me and every other kid who has an internet has already played the whole Genesis/SNES/N64/NeoGeo collection in an emulator. There really would be no demand for them.

That is definetely a good point. There are also games which haven't been released on the newer nintendo consoles, for instance Metal Max Returns and the Soul Blazer series. A PC port will make you get more customers with nostalgia.

Not really interested in having arcade here at all since those games are not normally designed to last (fast action, lots of deaths so user have to keep adding coins)
I would also like to see non-PCgames in a seperate section, and not interfere with the amount of releases for the PC.
If you do decide to start doing amiga games, please add amberstar and ambermoon.

Kyojinmaru: Buy a freeware emu modified to pass as comercial?, uuuuuuuuuuuuuhhh... no thanks...
The only thing there that I can see selling something, is Dreamcast, but only with a 100% working emulator, not a modified version of the crappy ones out there...
Guys, you better try to give us Deus Ex, Planescape, Baldur's, System Shock 2, Jedi Knight series, etc... maybe they want to give us this because they can't get these games... a distraction maneuver.

Well about that, the fact you can easily find roms on the net doesnt mean the games are freeware.
About the Pc games you are asking, it will be very hard to see bioware/EA/Activision games here.
