Well, you can always try to quote them on forum to get their attention and ask them to register. I do not see other way atm :(

Yeah, I think it's the only way... Well, I did the list because I tought it would be usefull, but maybe it's not so usefull if the site tells you that the X user isn't registered in GogPM.
