I'm just wondering, since I don't have a Credit Card (I'm only fourteen :P), Is there any other way to make payments? I've heard of PayPal but i really don't know how it works so if possible could someone explain? I do have a bank card, FYI.

Well, the obvious solution is to get your parents to help you out. Give them the money, and have them make the payment for your game.
But the problem is my parents aren't really into the whole "Pay over the Internet" thing. They think that GOG are scammers and if not that, they would say that GOG would get hacked and their credit card info would be leaked...
Chad1, I think a solution to your problem is to get a Green Dot type Credit Card. It is a CC that you load money on to and then you can use it like a credit card.
This would allow you to pay via cash, but still use a CC and it cannot be ripped off since it is only good up to the amount you loaded onto it.
I believe you can purchase them at stores like Wal Mart, or CVS. It costs about $10.00 to initially purchase one.
Here is a link for a bit more info.
Green Dot Info
Hope this helps you get gaming with gog.

I second that. It's a very easy way to buy online without fear of hackers, CC stealers, and scammers. I use it for all my purchases, except for Amazon, where I use my Amazon Credit Card ;-).

Actually, we don't store credit card information for that very reason (you can never be too careful). :)
Like Faithful said, your best bet is a prepaid credit card. Just keep in mind that some banks charge the buyer with international fees (usually from zero to a few cents, but we have heard of fees of $1), so a $10.00 prepaid won't necessarily cover a $9.99 game. It might, but it's better to be safe than sorry. :)
Well, this seems like a wonderful time to nag you gays to impleent another form of payment, like, let's say, paysafecard. :D It would make purchasing, for many people (in europe at least) a lot easier specially because you don't need a credit card, a bank account or to provide any information about yourself.
I really hope that GOG considers that option (and that is viable for them to adopt it) :)
Doesn't your bank allow you to generate virtual credit cards linked to your debit card?

You're talking about "MBNET"? I don't have any credit/debit cards so that won't do. I am trying to find out if MBNET works with prepaid debit cards. If it works then i may have my problem solved.
Do you know anything about that, or hae a nother suggestion? I would apreciate it!

Yup, was talking about MBNET, best thing for online shooping since the invention of butter toast :D
You could use entropay.com . I occasionally use it and so far it has worked just fine. They just added a "bank transfer" option as well, so you don't have to own a credit card in the first place.
Basically, it works like those prepaid credit cards. I've used it for my last purchase on GoG (had a few bucks left in it that I wanted to spend) and it worked fine.
Only place I've found so far that rejected it was the Playstation Network :)

You can tie your paypal account to your bank (I've done this for my Scotiabank acct.) and use that to transfer money to and from your paypal account. Or, if GOG allows it, you can use e-checking from PayPal and it'll withdraw directly from your bank account, but a lot of sites don't allow this option, so your mileage may vary. Keep in mind if you go this route that it's a slow process, taking anywhere between 6-8 days for a transfer to take place (including e-checking).

Ok, thanks for the tip! I have to check out that one a little better, but at first glance it looks like the MBNET system that exists in portugal. It creates a virtual Visa card from any debit card, am i right?
I used it with my visa card, but if I read their latest announcement correctly, you don't need any credit card anymore at all. Any bank account will do (although that one is probably restricted by location).
Thanks for the advice everyone! I think I'm going to go with the Green Dot Card. It just seems so much easier :D
