gyokzoli: So the top supporter prices dropped from 18 to 15? Why? The former price was a mistake? Now I feel cheated since I paid the higher price.
The price of each tier is calculated from the bundles sold, so if enough people pays a price below the first or second tier, the price goes down.

The opposite is also possible (if enough people pays over the tier marks, the price of the tier goes up) so it's a little like gambling.

jpolastre: liked the idea too and planned to use it once or twice before, but I think this isn't the right place for us to suggest it. I'll post it in Site enhancement Suggestions as soon as I come back from work, unless someone do it while I'm away.
I only wanted to be nice to GOG, if I make 100 purchases for 1 cent each by Paypal, GOG will have a big loss, but if I make a bulk order for 100 purches of 1 cent each, this would sum up to $1 and GOG will still have some money left after PayPal Fees :)
I hope, for the future, that putting online such complex deal will be better regulated.

One way or the other someone will be annoyed by such "speculation".

TheEnigmaticT: We'll actually be putting the LMK tech demo into all three games to make sure that no matter what you redeemed or bought, you'll get access to it.
So, just to be sure, it will be available for all those who bought Divine Divinity and/or Beyond Divinity before this PWYW sale. Is this correct?
A QUICK REMINDER: Don't forget, Christmas is coming up. If you've always wanted to introduce friends, family, girlfriend, boyfriend, want-as-girlfriend, want-as-boyfriend, co-workers etc. to GOG - now is the time to buy some gifts.

You could buy 8 copies of Divine Divinity for just 8 bucks. That's EIGHT Christmas gifts for people who may a) think the game is cool b) become a new fan of GOG and c) in the dating case, may even actually DATE you :)

And yes, I'm saying $1 as, I'm sorry, but less than a dollar is just too 'stingy cheap' when you consider how much time was put into this truly amazing game.

So can we expect a DD giveaway on your website ? ;)

Not yet. But for now it will be a patch, you won't have to re-download the whole game.

Unfortunately, no. :)

I just spent my last dollar on the DD I gave away in the forums. Waiting for a client to pony up the money he owes me. Otherwise, I'm living on Ramen noodles for the next week, LOL.

Bloodygoodgames:
I wasn't even thinking in terms of gifts.

Great idea!
People will start buying the bundle like crazy when the price will reach the $10 limit .
At this rate, I have a feeling deals like this won't happen very often on GOG... At this point, people can essentially preorder the game for 25% off and get two games for free while doing it. I don't think that was the intended purpose of this offer...

Well, right now it's at around $14, compared to the $32 it would normally be, that's a 55% discount. So really, right now anyway, it's less than the previous weekend promos they've held.

At the beginning of the PWYW it was a far larger percent discount, though, from what this thread's mentioned.
