We should also consider how GOG likes to schedule new releases, a bunch of LA games could already be available for purchase if they wanted to.

I'd rather not go into theories, but look at the results directly. The results are fewer pre-2K games, but overall the same amount of releases as 2013 (and maybe a bit more).
GOG = Good Oldandnew Games

GOG = Good Omni Games
