I nominate Pac-Man as the mascot. He needs a good paying gig in these times of economic uncertainty....

That's true, especially considering he has a wife and child. Someone has to put dots on the dinner table.

Don't forget his power pellet habit...

Shadowdragoon: Check the picture, then you have to agree. its the perfect animal for the mascot.

JudasIscariot: What breed of canine is that?? Husky??
if the info from the photographer is right, it is a real WOLF. ( i downloaded it quite a few years back from a Norwegian newspapers download site)
PS, language lesson incoming, Ulv is Norwegian for Wolf. ;)

thery are usually harmless (for humans), if you meet one, just dont run, walk like you would normaly, and it should not attack, running is what can trigger a attack, ofcourse, getting to close to young cubs is also wery bad. ;)

Unles you happen to meet one who hasn't eaten for a few days. I can't imagine someone just walking idly by while a 4 legged furry piranha is looking right at them; after all wolves are not dogs.

Might be, Im the kind who "watches" documentarys while playing games, and during Animal CSI (show that deals whit animal attacks, and what triggered the attack) there was a wolf incident, one of the main advices they gave was dont run so, thats where i have that from, but usually humans are much to much work for wolfs to take down, so unless we trigger the attack, we are decently safe. (and we most of us can climb, something i dont think wolfs are to good at) ;)

Still it looks very petable in the picture...unless that was the photographer's very last picture because that wolf had him for lunch because the guy forgot to turn the flash off.....

to be honest, I do have a feeling that the photographer is sitting on a tree branch using a telescopic lens to get that picture. ;)
(or its one of the halftame wolfs in one of the Zoos here in the country) ;)

If you look real close at the wolf's eyes, you can see the photographer's reflection in them. It looks like he was literally looking down at the wolf....

You have good eyes, I had not noticed that, Ill admit, Id probably not be so calm, if I where that close to a wolf. ;)

I met a wolf once that someone owned. The guy had it on a chain leash, a thick chain leash, and the owner introduced me to it. Try staying calm while one is investigating your joy division if you get my drift....brrrrrrr.....
