I think I am the only player to have featured in all four mafia games (though I was killed the first night in Mafia #3). And no, I have never had a mafia role.

Damnation is likely to step in at any minute and discourage us from referring to previous games which some players may not be familiar with (I think we have 6 first-timers here). And I'm about to get a scolding for telling Damnation how to run his game ... :P

That's the thing, you haven't made ANY posts that really justify why you think Rodzaju is scum. You went from pointing to previous players being able to lie more effectively, to Rodzaju is playing us all.

I guess you could argue that, in a few more sentences. But the fact is two people brought up your second vote on nmillar without you even noticing or responding.

Saying that you wouldn't be so obvious to follow Vitek you were scum doesn't really say anything to me...you could be following him so if one of you is lynched (like yourself), then Vitek can use that to point out that you're trying to get him lynched even if it's at the expense of yourself.

If you're town it doesn't matter if you are NK'd or lynched since you win with the town. And putting pressure on one suspect doesn't mean he's the obvious one, or hell that someone else can't become more of an alarm to what's going on. This is extremely suspect to me, you obviously don't want to be lynched, like you have a separate win condition

Not quite sure how to respond to that last sentence though, but those of us who mentioned sleep or paranoia are possible scum? Or those of us that have a habit of typing a lot are scum because of that? Doesn't make much sense. It's easier to hide a thousand things in a few words then it is to hide a few things in a thousand words.

Rodzaju's softclaim and his defensiveness very much interest me, but I think I need to investigate other options right at this very second.

I absolutely don't take it as warranted. I thougt appliances are electrical machines. My mistake then. Still there is the part with unplugging.
But my case against him is also for his over-defensivness, asking for claims while he assures is not asking for claim, his intentional lefting out of parts he don't like and writing everything off as conspiracy against him.

I don't think mafia are non-electrical appliances too, but I think they could be something obviously scummy and making things like trash can up. This is just pure speculation though.
He could also be some third party.



There is the thing there was not much else to focus on. Then, when you want to get game going, you have to focus on it. To me so far it was not some witch-hunt with just voting him without giving him some breathing-space (unless from Popinjay). I had a problem with his posts, I listed them, he explained, so far I was not convinced to leave it. But I think, even if it could be completly misdirected attention, it fulfils its role well. It makes people participate and tells me a lot about them. It generated another suspect (Popinjay) and gave me (and hopefuly others as well) opinions on another players (bad as well as good).

Still I admit there is a chance it draws attention in undesirable course and doesn't help town at all but I don't see it as case right now.

I guess it's open to interpretation; Wikipedia lists the major appliances (white goods) as:

freezer
refrigerator
cooker
microwave oven
washing machine
clothes dryer
drying cabinet
dishwasher
air conditioner
water heater
trash compactor

Note, there are 11 appliances listed, but there are 12 players here, so at least one person here has a role not on that list (Rodzaju's 'trash can'?). Though the fact that Damnation specifically mentioned 'white goods' in the scenario is beginning to make me believe Rodzaju is mafia by claiming a non 'white goods' role ...

Somebody already mentioned there could be more than two factions, and the list above could be broadly split into four categories (refrigeration equipment, stoves, washing equipment, miscellaneous), so perhaps that's also something to think about?

Now to figure out which of these 'white goods' would fit power roles ...

Hmmm, I guess he could have meant trash compactor? How do we know Damnation is using this list anyway?

Honestly, this could be a lie trying to hide a power role, or a mafia making a mistake, I can't really be sure.

His "hints" does not exactly suggest trash compactor.

It doesn't fit compactor at all. As he says he has no plug, he is either battery-powered or non-powered at all. Or lying.

I wouldn't put too much into 4 categories. It would suggest 4 faction and it's nigh impossible. Only alternate scenarios I am willing to accept now are 2 2-members mafias, or standard mafia with 1 or 2 third party (SK and some neutral role).

We have no reason to assume Damnation used this list and I won't. :-)

Just in regards of Viteks reply to mine, that weren't really what I meant with what I wrote - although I do agree with what you wrote :) And to me this whole plug thing have indeed told something.

Currently I am still considering if I should already throw a vote down, but I think I'll wait until we hear from Popinjay.

Ooh, was there a tracker in #2 or #3? I haven't done any reading on roles since the last few days of #1 and tracker is a new one to me.
