But what does it mean? That you'll stay in the game until the very end or until killed without any chance for win? Seems strange.

Hmm, not sure what I've don't to make you suspicious but fair enough about the numbers.

He wanted him killed -- but he knew his role. How would he know his role, if he flipped scum and not lyncher? They'd have to work together, making Elbaz scum. Both appear to be new to mafia, so despite it being a bold plan it's still a plausible one (seed enough discord that neither of them get targeted).

It seems that pretty much everything about my role in this game has been strange.
Outing myself as a trash can, Being a trash can in an appliance game, being overly defensive, having a changeable role, still playing with no chance to win (not that that last one seems very likely anymore).

This seems like it would be true. If Rodzaju is scum then Elbaz is DEFINITELY scum.

I think he means he miscounted the votes somewhere and thought he was dead.

I'm kinda shocked at how many people think more investigating isn't beneficial to the town, I get the feeling that there's at least one, if not more Mafia sitting on that one. I'm not against hammering him, but I'm disappointed that Popinjay gets to slide out of this without more attention then he's been given though.

Agreed. The eagerness of GhostQlyph and eyeball226 to push the lynch seems incredibly scummy to me. We've not been set a time limit yet, so why the hurry to push this through. We know that Rodzaju is third party already, and we can come back to him later if necessary. Surely the most sensible course of action is to interrogate a few other players to try and establish which side of the fence they sit on?

Ok, here are my thoughts on the matter as it stands RIGHT THIS SECOND:

Rodzaju: We have a non-town claim who says he'll be town if he's allowed to lynch his target. Interesting, the general flavor that we've gotten from him and Elbaz seems to suggest that this might be the case.

I'd say it's fairly high that he's being truthful with us, I don't like his antagonistic tone that he took with us when he became dangerous close, and he's made a number of slip ups. As everyone's agreed, a fairly safe lynch.

Elbaz: From what he said, he confirmed the general flavor of Rodzaju. This can be truthful, or an attempt to get us to thinking that the survivor of the two of them is town. If Rodzaju flips Mafia, I think we can probably expect a very quick lynch here in the next day.

Popinjay: Yeah, I get it, I've been pushing this guy since his slips and everyone of them has come with me attempting to put pressure on him. I've been either brushed off or given more reason to distrust him. His whole push for Rodzaju's lynch by his own words sounded more like OMGUS, and a return for having Rodzaju focus on him. His own actions have somehow flied under the radar of everyone else.

Those are the three I'm looking at closely right now, although I think that we need to take a closer look at the bandwagon pushing to lynch RIGHT THIS SECOND.

I am not saying we forget about lynching Rodzaju, but everyone seems to come with the idea that the Mafia can get information. I don't think we should leave anything open at this time and allow anyone to get 2 days to formulate a response without the fear of being prodded for inactivity.

I'm not defending Rodzaju, I'm not saying 'hey, let's go lynch someone else', I'm suggesting we ask a few more questions and not let the day end so quickly. I know someone might think I'm nuts for this, but like I said, we all have some questions we want to pose to others, and getting those answers before the lynch scene hits is probably our best bet.

Do you confirm it to be the case? Is it in your description? Or do you turn into something else as andyuk suggested?

Well, I was thinking... mafia knows whether Rodzaju told full truth. If elbaz is one of them would they want him killed? If the elbaz is on radar, as he is now, they indeed would, because in this case he could help lynch him and they would not only lose member, we would gain one. If his target is not mafia they would benefit as well. They won't have chance to get power role mislynched but they still have free night to kill.
But if elbaz is not in danger they have nothing to fear from him, right? They can try to get some townie lynched (most likely Popinjay right niow but I am speaking quite rhetorically) and then kill another one at night. But it is worth the risk? I don't think so as Rodzaju is sure illl for them. Therefore I think mafia are very likely to get Rodzaju killed.

Hence also my vote for eyeball. His vote seems like (so far) failed attempt of speedlynch, while pretending he haven't noticed high number of votes. Coincidetaly I used this in last game. ;-) It was when we already almost won the game and I made it for fun but also for security if there was something that could go wrong. Right now it's more valid move than in my case.


I prompt someone to unvote, I don't want Popinjay to lynch Rod yet.
