Unvote Rodzaju until we get some questions answered.

@Rodzaju
What are you then? Can you win without becoming town?
avatar
TwilightBard: So you become town if the person you are targetting is lynched while you're on the wagon. Lynchee's are usually town, so I guess this is to make up for it. I still say it's popinjay, since that's the most likely target (and the only one you've really gone after), but a confirmation would be nice.
It is NOT Popinjay.
I figured that my first target would be too obvious.
To me, He just stands out as head & shoulders more suspicious that anyone else (perhaps myself excluded ;p )

VItek: No, I can't win without getting the lynch.
avatar
Rodzaju: If he is town, He'll probably have to prove it, which leads to him being nightkilled.
This weakens the town, so they may as well avoid the issue entirely & lynch me now.
EIther way, Whilst both me & him are alive & known, the voting is going to be screwed, which can only benefit mafia.
I would like to point out one thing, the Mafia already knows who is town and who isn't, so every townie is currently exposed to being NK'd. The only ways to really confirm townie are an investigative role (provided it's not getting screwy results back), or death. I mean, other then that I can't really think of anything else.

Fair point.
Me getting nightkilled for naming a mafia still stands.
As does the issue of skewed voting.
To me, it seems like being a bad sport, spoiling the rest of the game.
Presumably, this is why we aren't supposed to quote PMs.

Rodzaju: Short of telling you my target, which I will NOT do, I don't know what else to say.
avatar
nmillar: Why not? This seems to be the only way to save yourself now.
Why do I see you wringing as much info as possible from me & then lynching me anyway?

Rodzaju: Why do I see you wringing as much info as possible from me & then lynching me anyway?
Because information is all we have to go on. Before your claim, I believed you to be mafia, so wanted your views on other people so I could completely disregard them. Now I want to know who your lynchee is so we can eliminate them from the list of suspects.

So, as I said, you are going to push to lynch me whether I tell you or not.
So what possible reason would I have to say anything?

If you're town aligned then you win if all the mafia are eliminated. The only chance you have of winning currently is to name your target in the hope that the rest of us will sacrifice him/her instead of you and turning you into a town member.

Ok, here's a question you should be able to answer, for your win condition, if you become town does the town win condition get added to yours? Or do you really just win and stay in the game as a neutral?

As I understand it he won't win unless his target get lynched. And from games I have read these only apply when you are alive. Until then he is not town as he said himself and won't win with town.
If I am on the wagon when my target is lynched, I become town.
I then win with the town.
If my target gets lynched without me, OR nightkilled, I cannot win.
Ok, I've just caught up I think. I'm of the opinion (like nmillar) that Rodzaju has to give us a reason not to lynch him. If his target is mafia and we lynch them then he becomes town. He claims he'll be at risk from mafia then, but it doesn't matter because he'll be at town. Nightkills will happen every night and him dying isn't any worse that any other townie dying.
My 2 cents are, if he's willing to give up a name, I'm willing to take it into consideration depending on who the person is. I just wish he would stop being antagonistic about it.

That's exactly what I'm thinking. If we get a name, then it could be worth a gamble - his target could turn out to be mafia, and at least we'd have somebody new to subject to the Spanish Inquisition.
So... if he gives us the name are you going to leave him alive?
You either plan to leave him, which I suppose you want to do, then he should give us the name just to save himself and have at least chance to live.
Otherwise he has no reason to give it to us.
