The Witcher 2 is good. The have changed the combat and the controls. I can see the influence of the console in the control scheme but I'm not complaining. It looks great and the story is starting to get very complicated as I knew it would.

I've had it for a long time. I just haven't focused any real time on it. I'm one of those who will have three of four games going at a time.

I'm not usually, but thanks to free games, sales and our overly generous community I've built up quite a backlog. So I decided to at least dip my toe into a few and see which ones I really want to spend more time with first.

I'm almost finished Steamworld Dig, which is quite a fun little game.

I'll have to give the Witcher another go, it didn't impress me on first play, but I didn't really give it much time.

dedoporno: What's twos?
I meant the number 2.

I'll admit The Witcher took some time for me as well. The combat was really awkward and seemed overly dynamic for what seemed to be an RPG. I slogged through and got the hang of it and it turned out to be very good. The theme and the characters and the atmosphere all were engrossing. I like games where my decisions actually have consequences....similar to the Fallout series.

Also I'm town.

I know I didn't really give the Witcher much of a chance. I don't think I even spent an hour with it. It just didn't grip me at the time. But I will try it again sometime.

And I'm also town (obviously)
I almost forgot.

I should vote Vitek for voting Sage10to the24thpower for changing avatars several times.

He should know she's a woman and changing outfits is...well...normal.

flubbucket: I'm playing Witcher 2 making me laugh at the number of people playing games with twos at the end.

Anyway, it seems everyone has checked in....including CSPVG with an entire post.

Awesome...just kidding. ;)

I also forgot about how much I was laughing at Vitek earlier because he was clearly voting for everybody. At one time having votes on four different player I think. A clear attempt to "Hijack" the game I must say, har har, as the ever vigilant mod then made an obvious rules clarification.

But still noted.
Nobody HijacK's the game aside from me, and if they even try, they'll have to face me! I am not One man army for nothing.
Not sure why pretty much everyone struggled with W1. It did start s bit slow for me as well, but after the initial chapter I was so into it, I couldn't drop it until everything that was there to do was done. I loved it!

How did you even know how to complete everything? Did you use a guide? :P

Not during the actual play-through. I checked one after I was satisfied and was done with the game. As I said I invested a large amount of time in it and patrolled the areas until there was nothing left. Well, there were some mutually exclusive quests, but I re-played the more interesting of them, just to see what will happen.

Oh, yeah, I'm also Town (A "What Town" to be exact)!

Is this "I am town!" thing really necessary? We all know the scum won't be like "Yo guys, you know, welp, ya, I am scum! Don't lynch me, please!".
But whatever, let's see where this goes. I am town as well.
Way to go off-topic.

Krypsyn: I was being semi-sarcastic, sorry. You meet Kriea almost immediately, and I really like her dialogue and voice actor.
Obvious scum lying to you. She is named Kreia.

avatar
Krypsyn: I don't think that is spoiling anything. KOTOR2 was developed by Obsidian, and they tend to do dialogue better than BioWare, imho. That is all I was saying. :)
They are also very proficient in leaving game uncompleted and buggy. :-/

Also, I am spaceship.
avatar
Vitek: Also, I am spaceship.
I'm a train. Chu chu!
avatar
mrkgnao: I'm town. What about you, are you what or scum?
avatar
dedoporno: "What" and proud!

avatar
trentonlf: I have not played any Wasteland 2, but I did finish Bordelands 2. I think I will do another run through BL2 again with a different character, maybe a siren this time.
avatar
dedoporno: And I thought you didn't like playing alone :D I'm interested in the Siren, too.
lol, I hardly ever play MP or coop except with people I truly like :-)

In the spirit of claiming, I am as big as a town! Anyone have cookies?
I am the magnificent! ...W O O O

On the other hand, what are the chances of her being town three games in a row?
