Have I ever mentioned (in this forum) that I failed math exams 6 times in a row back in uni?

That sounds a lot. Are you sure you've counted/calculated right ?

Telika: Where is JMich, the resident technical matter-of-facty GOGer, when he's needed ?
Trying to do a crossword.
As I said before though, if you do assume the probability of picking any player is random, then the probability of 2 people targeting the same is indeed 1/(number of players), the probability of two people picking the same specific individual (both picking number 9 for example) is 1/(number of players squared), but if the choosing isn't random but weighted, the probability may even reach one (kill/protect the one who claimed cop).

Never really liked doing math analysis though, the same numbers can usually be used to prove both conflicting points of view.

flubbucket: pazzer's a no show for two days and you still vote to lynch me...

seems logical
For me personally I am preferring you due to already having you on my list. Biggest problem is that Pazzer ain't helping and his vanish act, even if usual for him is still annoying. But still worst case is that he'll be next.

Red_Baron: Also just to note TwilightBard; the current discussion is more in regards to pazzer/flubbucket than T/N. Not that it is not worth having, but more to stay focused given the upcoming deadline and your mention of limited time to read.
I have to question WHY though. Since Pazzer has been pretty absent since he made his statement, the flub/pazzer has been a whole boatload of speculation and questions that really can't go forward (In my view) without Pazzer, while the nmillar/Telika/CSPVG triangle has all three people active, and thus we have a favor for more information before a lynch.

Primarily because I believe that in the Telika/nmillar situation there is a chance that both is town. However in the flubbucket/pazzer one of them is most likely scum. Thus the odds favor one of those. Then in regards to my own vote, there is the fact that I was also considering voting for flubbucket before this situation even began.

And yes, they are active and that also includes a problem which really shouldn't be a problem - but if we try those instead, discussing who of three people - that all perhaps with the exception of CSPVG have decent arguments (in the manner that nmillar claiming made sense given the situation e.g.). Thus this discussion could easily drag on, with none voting for either and a high chance to hit a town power-role. In case of Pazzer/flub however we have a situation with an unlikely claim (day cop) and following vanishing act, and the other being an already suspected scum (at least from my view) - therefor a little chance to hit a town and likely also a small chance to hit a power-role thereby making it a more ideal lynch. The value we are likely to get out of the lynch, both in terms of hitting scum and finally getting some actual facts on the table is in my mind more helpful (the latter applies for the N/T/C as well, but with a large chance for no lynch).
According to my count, pazzer has 4 votes. adding mine should be the 5'th

unvote
Vote pazzer

Just in case I am too busy tomorrow. It is not likely we will get a lynch on Red this time anyway, so no point voting on him right now.

I do believe flub more than pazzer right now, which is the reason I do not vote for him. It may change if pazzer say something clever tomorrow. In any case, the die is cast.

DarkoD13: Oh, we're voting based on inactivity? Thanks for telling me.
Some of us are scum hunting.
So could be get a vote count mod??

- With the current lag of a vote count I am unsure how the votes is currently placed, but I just want to make this noted again:

REMEMBER -> Should we reach a point where Pazzer is lynched and turn out to be town, then flubbucket is next. <-REMEMBER

As such I will be switching my vote if that is what is preventing the lynch, when time comes.

I believe that is why DarkoD13 is voting for you ;) Because he believe you are scum.

If Pazzer flips town and flips cop, we should also wonder whether CSPVG is another cop. Because two cops in a game feels a bit weird.

I have full confidence on my counting! Unfortunately, I was about as confident on my third take and got a 1/10.

I don't think so. Reread DarkoD13's posts.

True, though not as a first focus in my mind.

flubbucket: That was the impression I got from his post, we might disagree (and I might be wrong :P), but I guess we'll have to wait for him to answer in order to actually know :)
Damn it. Really want Pazzer to come and tell us why he only has one result on day 2 while claiming a day ability. It should help either way, yet he doesn't give us any reasons why no mention of it.
Don't really wish to vote for Flub, if Pazzer is telling the truth then lynching him will be very costly, Telika does seem to be more townish than nmillar, but he also helps defend nmillar's actions. So most likely vote for me seems to be Flub, followed by Pazzer.

Off to think more about it.
Sorry I meant to do this yesterday and ran out of time!

This manicure I mean. I'm nearly done officer! And then I'll get back to you. Oh yes at this time

and, yes!
There is no-one else.

meaning that Pazzer was just FOUR votes away from a majority vote!!! I could hardly breathe!
While that was going on Twilightbard, and CSPVG, and JMich were conspicuous in that they had voted for nobody at all!

And I remember being in bed by 7th Feb o'clock.
