Yeah, there is one other possibility that struck my mind, which makes nmillar jailer but telika town and still account for no night kill. What if telika was the intended victim, but it failed as he was in jail (if I understand correctly how the role works...). The chance of getting the killer jailed in day one, I think, is just as large as getting the victim jailed. so in that case, a lynch do not necessarily prove anything. It seems much more clear-cut with flub and pazzer.

Yeah, that's already been suggested a couple of times (I think I was one of the people who suggested it). That was one of the primary reasons I said I can see them both being town.

This scenario raises the question of how many people have visited me that same night. Have I actually attracted Nmillar, CSPVG and the mafioso killer ? Or is it statistically unlikely enough to make CSPVG himself suspect of a kill attempt ?

Can you think of anything you said on Day One that might have made the mafia suspect you of being a power role AND make nmillar suspect you of being scum (despite being a jailer, evidently nmillar targeted you with blocking rather than protection in mind).

I guess, yeah. This is all hypothetical but it would make sense for you to be targeted for night kill and blocked on suspicion of being mafia. The paz/flub situation is more clear cut I think. Bearing this in mind: unvote nmillar, vote pazzer.

I agree with that sentiment, even though Telika is more on my town list than nmillar. Anyway I have suspecting flub more, and I still do - even if the point about rising yet another situation for a no-lynch discussion is decent. Same could be said about amok and Telika/nmillar but it feels different if that makes any sort of sense. Properly because of the off-handed manner it was done in.

So leaving out the liar for now, who among flub or pazzer do I prefer....Hmm going by my earlier line of thought it would be flubbucket, I stil find his posts to be the most scummy of the two though pazzer have ringed a few bells, and the unlikely powerclaim done in such a odd fashion doesn't really help. In a manner I wish I knew what flub would claim, as currently it is the unknown contra a possible very useful town ability, just as I also wish pazzer would return an explain more since the absence aren't helping.

Okay, if we with 100% certainty will lynch flub should pazzer turn out to be town, I will be willing to vote for him should he show to be the majority decision. Much the same would count for flubbucket, though I would be more readily voting for him ;) And yes, we shall definitely lynch pazzer, should flub turn out to be town. Even if he should claim truthfully and just is insane, having an insane cop is a danger to town rather then a boost, so I don't fear that he won't be lynched should flub be town.

Anyway; putting a hold to the amok lynch (though I haven't forgotten, you are still on the list amok ;9 ) and then waiting a bit with what to do with this situation.

I have been slacking again and haven't read most of posts since I posted last but how does it looks like pazzer is going to be first lynch from pazzer/flub duo?

I thought usual procedure is to lynch the person against which a result is not a person which came with the result.
It's even more surprising when I consider some people suspected flub even before this happened.

I a still not sure if pazzer is serious and I suspect he wasn't so I want to hear from him clearly that he indeed did what he claims.
If he confirms it then I would lynch flub and should he flip town then ceratinly pazzer and if he would flip town too then I would fly over to UK and lynch him for real.
But nothing of this will happen until he confirms he wasn't kidding.
This is unfortunately not as easy to verify as when pretended to have daykill.

Did you ever explain why you thought nmillar was Prudence (and thus lying about certain things)? I was curious about that, but I only recall you saying that you couldn't find the relevant posts. Sorry if I missed an update.



I have to agree with Vitek here. I don't get why Telika needs to be lynched first from the Telika/nmillar duo, but from the pazzer/flub one people are picking pazzer. I've never played with pazzer before, but both situations seem similar. Actually, we have better odds at getting a scum out of the pazzer/flub pair than the Telika/nmillar one since one of them is definitely lying.
And, honestly, I'd be more comfortable voting for someone I actually suspect (flub) than someone I believe to be town (Telika) if it comes down between these two.
The votes are spread too much at the moment, though. We shouldn't forget that we only have 3 days till the deadline.

Sorry about that. First post that made me suspect nmillar of being Prudence was post 92, mostly due to the phrasing. I recall seeing "blithering idiot" used in mafia games before, but to describe the players, not the characters. So I assumed it meant nmillar knew who Prudence was, and assuming he is town, that meant that it is himself.
The lying part was because I thought he had also declared Prudence explicitly as "That which must not be mentioned", but that is a post I couldn't find.

If blithering idiots was used to describe characters, then it's just a wild theory of mine. If it was used to describe players, it does raise questions.
