I have a sinking feeling that town is going to lose this because people can't get their shit together and act. It might admittedly be due to scum having a large role in the latest discussions, which can have confused some, or we on a more equal footing with scum than usual or I don't know - people don't give a shit?

We have one who lies, calls himself not town, says he is not on the list, who argues for a lynch based upon being called untrustworthy and who have also yet to make any cases. Reaction: He is still freaking alive.

Okay it is very simple as town:

Someone lies = They are not town (town does not lie, they omit - but no lies) - Thus lynch them. Why it haven't happened yet is beyond my understanding? Even if we have one unwilling (or acting) player P1na, we should still have enough to lynch him, heck if he is actually not a scum, just someone who acted with complete disregard for town scum should be willing to lynch him (meaning he would be lynched by now), so we can pretty safely conclude he is not town, and yet he still survives. WHY???

Freaking lynch him and if he turns out to be town, then lynch me and when I turn out to be town, start freaking lynching those people which have been pointed out several fucking times! (Currently counting on Pazzer and Telika for that job should I be lynched/NK). But oh my god, do something other than continually jump around in the same freaking soup.

Other way round. Counting on you people to lynch tomorrow either the blocked murderer (blocker announce him tomorrow) or, if none, NMillar (would have been a weird coincidence if the mafia had killed no one whike he "blocked" me - and I believe he did, because claiming so would have been too dangerous without knowing if I was around).

Unvote Nmillar (for practical reasons, but he's quite certainly scum), and vote Telika.

I was under the impression that the 3 sets of ski tracks in the OP was indicative of the number of scum and that maybe we had a bunch of neutrals in this game. But the lack of any kill does kind of put a hole in that theory, unless the neutrals are restricted to non-killing roles or their powers don't work on odd days. We'll probably find that out tonight.

The latest revelations seem to have sent Telika into self-destruct, Red_Baron has pushed the panic button and has started yelling curse words in every direction, while Robbeasy smacks his head against his keyboard asking himself what his scum buddies are playing at.

Another option is to lynch Nmillar first, and me later if he turns out town (which I doubt). But I really can't defend this option for two reasons : first because it would be work to convince people to do it, and may end to a nolynch, secondly because Nmillar claims "town blocker", which bring a stake to the lynch.

But I'm quite convinced that Nmillar is mafia : my behaviour, yesterday, was very protective of power roles and in particular of the cop-sounding name, I kinda put myself in the line of power role suspects. I think that I would have been one of the potential "inspectors", in my eyes. Plus, I was openly suspecting NMillar. These two elements combined would have made me a good mafia block target.

But of course, I am now a bit in a "confirmation bias" spiral, about NMillar. But many things converge towards him, enough to make it a bit of an either-him-or-me situation (aka a fearsome "vitek deadlock"). I think that one of us has to be lynched now. In practice : both is the most convenient. It is early, town has no loss yet, so, at this point, the scumlynch rate would still be a success..

We could agree on some sort of collective contract ?

People voting for me could vote with some engagement such as : "vote Telika (and if he flips town then I'll vote nmillar next)". And would be considered as very scummy if not fulfilling their promise on the next day ?

Lynching Telika might be best course of action, but it is not warranted that this is reason for lack of NK. It is possible explanation but not 100% and should Telika flip town, then nmillar will be likely lynch candidate for next lynch but again he will not be warranted scum either.
So it depends on how sure we are of block being the cause of lack of nightkill.

It certainly does not depend on if Telika is the only one who understood our beloved misunderstood Red_Baron who is victim of incompetency of the rest of us.

I didn't check the rules, but I assume that I am free. I'm voting myself because I think now that it's the best course of action. Nmillar's claim makes too much suspicion weight on me, especially as i'm his accuser. The only way for my case aginst him to be evaluated objectively now, I think, is me being cleared by a flip. As I am convinced that he is scum, I think that it is worth it (as proportional consequences go, one town loss is, at this point, negligible in front of one scum loss).

Telika and Red_Baron: I know that this game can be frustrating, but I hope we haven't gotten to you gentlemen too badly. Acting in the manner that the two of you are, I'm more inclined to believe that you are scum than not.

Having said that, nmillar is acting in an openly suspicious manner as well. Disclosure time: I too used my night action to attempt to investigate Telika, but I found his door to be locked. Now, this is somewhat suspect, but it did not lead me to believe that Telika was scum. There are several other possibilities which present themselves before the scum-conclusion, in fact. Among them a mafia blocker, a doctor or jailer role, a town block( which does not, again, mean that Telika is scum), my character's inept investigative ability*, or the fact that I chose 3 instead of- for argument's sake- 5, which could have produced another result.

I'm still very confused as to who to vote for, but I really am leaning towards amok. Even if he does flip town, he's been so distracting to us that I could see how offing him would be beneficial.

*Although I am not the inspector listed in the OP, I am a named character. My ability is basically that I can investigate someone at night, and tell whether or not they have been 'good or bad'. I fear that, once again, I've been stuck with a naive/ deranged cop role.
