Vitek: Withold informations?

@TB; He couldn't be fully trusted ever, but we managed with GR in G15, so we should be able to manage it again. ;-)
It sounds like you admit he could be town but want to lynch him anyway. Am I getting it right?

@Darko; Why amok and Telika?
double posting... we may be modkilled.

Oh. I wondered what secret is behind it and it's this.

I doubt you will but it would be nice to hear from Joe.

I'd say I'm more willing to admit the possibility that he might be town, I'd leave that at around 5% tops. I feel like I've explained this more then once though, but I've always been willing to admit that I might be wrong even with a case to propose. The only time I'm 100% certain is when the cardflip happens. I've seen a few people lynched with near airtight cases that have ended up being town. And GR also had a power role too if I remember correctly, so unless Amok wants to claim doctor, I don't see how we can compare both situations.

So you were 100% sure and after what I said it you moved it to 95% percent? Man, I can influence people. :-)
Or was your post only meant to dismiss what I said and haven't changed your view at all.
But then what meant that you were "weirded out" by what I said?

I am really trying to find the right sense in what are you saying. So far I understand it like this: "Amok is scum for making up claim." "I understand why Vítek would think he had little reason to do it as mafia and it weirds me out but if he is twon he can't be trusted." "He is still scum."

Am I getting it right?

Explained here or overall?
Also it sounds quite apolegetic and doesn't really relate to current situation. I only asked how likely you think it is for him to not be mafia and you started explaining how one can never be sure until flip and how everyone can turn up town.

Yeah and people there were so much giving him credit for being doctor. They weren't ignoring it at all and there was no reason to bash it into their heads over and over again. :-p
Just after that was said the ghost of an old swiss man walked through the room. He said something in German, and no-one offered a translation.

Telika had been voted for by nobody.
JMich had been voted for by nobody.
Flubbucket had been voted for by nobody.
QuadrAlien had been voted for by nobody.
Robbeasy had been voted for by nobody.
Vitek had been voted for by nobody.
p1na had been voted for by nobody.
amok had been voted for by DarkoD13, Robbeasy, red_baron, SirPrimalform.
DarkoD13 had been voted for by nobody.
CSPVG had been voted for by nobody.
Twilightbard had been voted for by nobody.
SirPrimalform had been voted for by nobody
nmillar had been voted for by nobody.
Red_Baron had been voted for by nobody.
and, yes!
There is no-one else.

meaning that amok was just FOUR votes away from a majority vote!!! I could hardly breathe!
While that was going on Twilightbard, flubbucket, amok and CSPVG, P1na, nmillar, and QuadrAlien Telika Vitek and JMich and were conspicuous in that they had voted for nobody at all!

I asked the raven if it knew what the ghost had said and the raven translated it as "Be not like I have been! Do not as I did, nor those acts that which will make you as I am now! You have been warned AMOK and TELIKA because I don't like when people speak twice in in ten minutes without letting someone else speak it is rooooOOOOoooooOOOood."

I didn't know whether I could trust the raven but it was all I had.

Oh please don't look at me like that officer! I'm only trying to say what my impressions were!

.................<snip>....................
Yes. You see I also had to choose a number between one and five.

I chose one.

amok chose two.

P1na chose ???.

He also offered knowledge of the choice of one through five before amok said anything which I find interesting at least.
So flubbucket am I correct to assume that you considering a connection between faction and the number pm we got asked? Dunno if joe would do something like that, but could be interesting to establish the purpose of it.

Just trying to solve the riddle. I would also think P1na would have learned the lesson that being coy with information is a dangerous ploy. In these games the littlest/silliest things are cause for lynch trains to start.

I am quite curious why three number choices by three different players. Or was it one number choice and both amok and P1na knew the options? This seems less likely but possible.

And then Zchinque just dropping the game ?!?!? No Bueno!!
avatar
flubbucket: P1na chose ???.
Liar! I never chose that! Not to say, triple question mark was not among the options to begin with!

Ok, let me be moderately serious for a minute here. I am well aware that I could be killed for the silliest thing, but here's the kicker: I don't care. I never actually signed up for the game to begin with, I just ended up here somehow. And as such, my goal is to have fun, my way. I don't care if scum wins, other than not wanting to ruin the game for the rest, and I most certainly don't give a damn if I get killed, as that would only bother me. I'm actually kinda looking forward to seeing what it will be that will get me killed this time. And tbh, even if I were scum, my play would remain largely the same.

The reason I haven't said what number I chose (it was 1 by the way) is because I couldn't come up with a funny way of saying it. And I'm glad you found me giving away the options interesting, that was the idea. Oh, BTW, one thing did strike me as interesting is that while I don't know what the number was for (did I evade death? did I fail charming the pretty lady?) the option came rather early in the night. In fact, it was so fast that if it's a reaction someone's night action, I'd wager it is to an individual player's rather than to the mafia as a whole, as they probably would need to talk and discuss among themselves before doing something. But this is all me doing guesswork.
I do enjoy having fun with it and am saddened when others poo-poo on the idea.

So I chose one, P1na chose one, amok chose two.

Perhaps others??

It's all erroneous information, I think I need a little clarification.
avatar
flubbucket: Perhaps others??
5 was also chosen.
Does white wine go with red herring??
Had a hell of a day yesterday and didn't feel up to checking the game last night so apologies for absence. I've started doing a re-read of day 2 because I feel I might not have been paying enough attention (had a mostly busy week).

Stumbled across this:

avatar
Vitek: So you wanted either of them lynched and kept your vote on player with only 1 other vote while the other was close to lynch?
I'm wondering if amok and red_baron might be scum buddies?
I remember doing the old "I think either [townie] or [scumbuddy] is scum, but I don't think I'll vote for [scumbuddy] right now because... erm..." thing in the previous game. It seems to me RB was doing a similar thing there.

It might fit Red_Baron, but I have been voting on him and argued that he should be the first to go...

Distancing? This theory isn't something that I strongly believe, but if you flip scum at some point then I'll definitely question RB some more about his reluctance to vote for you.
