JoeSapphire: Anything else that I need to tell you?
The numbers?

JoeSapphire: Invalid died if her jewels were stolen. I just thought it would be funny.
Their fault for feeling so attached to wordly riches.
So I was normal doctor! Good to know.
So I picked correct target twice but once I got blocked by that target and second time the target is unprotectable. Bah.

You've gathered your thoughts. You're fairly sure that you're getting a feel for how this crime was committed. You stand up to begin your surveillance of the suspects.

Your door is locked.

You can't get out of your room.

How very puzzling....
-----------------------------

You return to yourself from deep thought. It feels the right time. You take up your notebook and patrol the corridors.

Hmm.

Interesting.

Most conclusive.

Yes Just as I expected.

You return to your room and read over tonight's note in full.

Strong odour of whiskey and footprints of high-heeled shoe at Robbeasy's doorway.
Blonde hairs in the corridor outside DarkoD13's room.
The carpeting before CSPVG's door is marked with black boot polish.
A monogrammed handkerchief recovered from Vitek's doorway. Close elucidation uncovers a single blonde hair.
Some silken threads in flubbucket's doorway.
The distinctive aromas of lavender and camomile outside own door with traces of white powder. Upon examination powder is almost certainly talcum.

It's all coming together.
-----------------------------

You finish perusing your notes and tuck your pocketbook back into your coat pocket. Time to sally forth and see what the night will offer up to your keen senses.

Let's see now...

Hmm...

Hello, what's this? Ah yes...

A monogrammed handkerchief recovered from NMillar's doorway.
Some silken threads, traces of white powder, the twin aromas of lavender and camomile and a strong scent of aniseed in DarkoD13's doorway.
Blonde hairs in the corridor outside Vitek's room.

Exactly as you had anticipated.
-----------------------------

You go about composing your list:

Silken threads at JMich's door.
You find a monogrammed handkerchief outside Vitek's door.
Jewels all down the corridor between Flubbucket's and P1na's door, along with flecks of talcum and the scents of lavender water and camomile.
You're pondering the significance of a wooden button close to your own room when someone knocks you very hard on the head and you die.

Most revealing...

DarkoD13: The numbers?
ah yes! CSPVG had to guess the same number as his target in order to be successful. I think it was achieved three times out of five?

nope I was wrong. Four out of five times. Only Flubbucket messed it up.

Wow.
Something I forgot. How were you going to handle Bianchi being alive if mafia had won?

Correct target twice? Night 1 kill was done by someone who would automatically fail the first kill he attempted. Sorta why I suggested SPF do it after that Day 1. Or am I missing something

yeah, I'm not into necrophilia so I ignored you. I guess an apology is in order.

Vitek: The game has ended.
Phew, the uncertainty was killing me.
Well, glad to get the numbers solved. Such a mystery.
