amok: hmm.... but a question - if Zchinque is a player, he should belong to a faction? is it not a bad thing if he is not a scum?
What I anticipate being the most likely is that Zchinque has a passive role. Making it up off the top of my head "Hello Zchinque, you are GlaDOS, Neutral Spanner-In-The-Works
-powers: as long as you are alive the town cannot win. Even if all the mafias die the game isn't over. Play continues until you are killed or the town eventually lynch everybody but two people, and then one of them self lynches, and then the final townsmember wastes away from the pity of it, leaving only Master Spellcheck taking solitary breath after solitary breath, each beat of her heart dragging her agonising experience further. At this point everyone wishes that they had listened to Joe"
GOOD EYE, SIRPRIMALFORM.

Joe, what's up with "humen" instead of human? Since you apparently can't answer SPF directly.

I prefer it to humans as plural. I nouned instead of adjectiving.
Joe, can you just answer the question with proper spelling please?

true

Votecount!

Zchinque - 4 - SirPrimalform, JoeSapphire, flubbucket, amok
GhostQlyph - 2 - Lifthrasil, CSPVG
amok - 2 - GhostQlyph, Krypsyn
flubbucket - 1 - Damnation

Not voting - 3 - QuadrAlien, JMich, TwilightBard

With 12 alive, it takes 7 to lynch.

Not entirely happy with the current level of activity. Hopefully it's just a short lull. Otherwise a deadline will be placed, and as mentioned, it will be short and painful.

Lifthrasil and CSPVG have been prodded.

Ok, of all of the players, Lifthrasil, CSPVG, and Damnation (All who have been prodded) haven't answered us. And Joe has seemed to do his damnedest to not give us a complete answer the way it was presented. In fact, he's going out of his way not to.

Starting to feel like it's becoming obvious now.

We could experiment on Joe with a little vote movement. Perhaps some "other" experiments as well.....

Just to get a straight answer of course. It's all in the interest of science.
(I hope this doesn't double post. I tried to post this a moment ago and the forum ate it or something.)

I like wheels that go round and round, but I don't really like buses that much. You can never be sure who is going to sit next to you, and sometimes they are VERY unpleasant!

I am watching the goings on with great interest, but I don't have much to add. I am still curious about the language amok used (I am often more interested in the how someone says something rather than the what), but my vote on him was more of a pressure vote. It would take a much more blatantly guilty act for me to lynch a new player on the first day.

Unvote amok

I am at a loss for where to move my vote, as I generally like my vote somewhere for posterity. I suppose I'll move it to...

Vote Zchinque

Regardless of what happens, I think it is an interesting experiment.
I'm liking how Krypsyn is liking some things and not liking some other things.

I've always liked Krypsyn, but not always.
You'll have to pardon my lack of posting - my birthday gifts have included Rogue Legacy and Etrian Odyssey IV. I'm a bit distracted. :)

Regarding this EnsembleOfShaows chap, I think we'll have to assume it's relevant to the game given Zchinque not questioning it in the votecount (unless Twilight's had some further communication from Zchinque directly, of course). It does help this theory that the account appears to have been created at around the same time as the game started - created in August 2013, and with zero reputation.

In any case, I'm willing to try this lynching of the mod business if everyone else is - however, I'm not quite sure whether I need to wait a bit for a claim in this case, given the rather unusual circumstances.

...

Of course, then there's the thought that we probably can't trust what said claim is.

Vote Zchinque
Ahoy there people, been sorta busy the last few days, and just popping in to say that I'm still around. Will be reading up on the new unfoldings and have something meaningful posted tomorrow at the latest.
And there's a nicely sized lynchwagon. Suppose I'll put myself out there.

Unvote Amok, Vote Zchinque

It's now Twilight.
While we have time to speak (maybe I should have waited!), at Zchinque L-1 it seemed unlikely my vote on amok was going to get any ground and (as discussed) Zchinque was a priority target for me due to the combination of flavor, a vote on him being counted, and the importance of lynching a potentially high-value role which is DEFINITELY non-town.
