JinseiNGC224: Could the submarine be representative of something like the Silent Hunter series? It's published by Ubisoft...

And some lucasart games on here would nearly finalize my awesomesauce collection :D

Crosmando: Archimedean Dynasty confirmed
avatar
JinseiNGC224: That's another guess
Well, they already have Silent Hunter 2, but SH1, SH3 and 4 would be nice. Not instabuys for me, but I will purchase them eventually.

tsgnurk: Actually sharks have been known to from time to time swim all the way to the shore, and a few have even gotten stuck in the sand on the beach, do not confuse "norm" with whats possible.
avatar
Crosmando: He hasn't been to Australia, where sharks come right out of the water onto the beach and eat entire crowds of sunbathers before going back out to sea :)
Silly Australians, fish food for the most dangerous shark on earth. I don't think I would ever set foot in that ocean of yours. One of your baby sharks made it all the way to the North Carolina Coast (3K pounds & 16Foot). Would you Australians mind keeping those dangerous fish away from everyone else.

Worst thing is we can't do anything about them when they do because they're protected.

What is up with that? I am fine with protecting species like the dolphin and whales, but man-eating sharks and grizzly bears, fuck 'em kill them all. If someone wants to protect them, put the one's not killed in a exhibit in a zoo or aquarium. No one will ever tell me I can't kill a snake or spider. I don't care if it's poisonous or not, it dies when I see it.

Serious question? It is because ecosystems requires biodiversity to work, so it depends on whether you want to live on a healthy planet or not.

edit - it do not mean that you can not kill a spider, it is the reason why not-cute animals are also protected.

No not a serious question. I know the answer, but I don't agree with that answer. I'm not saying only saving cute and cuddly creatures. I'm saying if something is as dangerous to man as a fucking great white or grizzly bear it doesn't need to be on this earth. I don't mind other bears, the only time they will usually attack someone is if they are protecting their young. Don't care about the polar bear, as I will never see one except in a zoo. And kodiaks are pretty much limited to remote locations in Alaska. Aligators and crocodiles would be other creatures that would be on my hit list. Lions and Tigers, aren't in my country (except zoos) so they can live.

They a great white or an alligator serve their purpose just as well as a lion or tiger, really - what is the difference? And you do not care about other people, so it is ok that they have dangerous animals near? That's a bit selfish?

There is not much to agree with - if you want a healthy natural ecosystem you need all parts of the biodiversity. What you can argue is that you think a natural ecosystem is not optimal, and you think mankind is better of engineering an artificial ecosystem which somehow works without animals dangerous to man. However, I think it is near impossible to do so :)

KOCollins: You aren't alone, it reminded me of the same thing. ;)

JinseiNGC224: Thank you! I'm glad to see people are observant :D

If it isn't Star Wars at this point, I'll be surprised.

And if it was, would it be Knights of the Old Republic?

Or perhaps newly ported Shadows of the Empire or Super Star Wars 1,2, and 3...which I would LOVE (but might not happen).

Classics would be obviously TIE Fighter, X-Wing, Dark Forces, and so on.

Just wishful thinking!
Star Wars Shadows of the Empire was on PC actually.

Not selfish, if they want to kill all the lions and tigers more power to them. I just don't care. Seems like our precious ecosystem is working fine without the dodo and many other species that have gone extinct. Not to mention my country destroying the wolf population.
I've probably derailed this thread long enough with my ignorant ramblings...

"Zenimax will never come"?
But GOG is always plotting something.
The PCGamingWiki page indicates that it will run in Windows 7 after bypassing the 16-bit installer but I don't have the game to test this myself.
Does anyone else just want to click on the periscope?
