It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

gameon: I know this is a necro, but i have had "Foxit reader" try to install with Two Worlds, and now with Arcanum. Is this bundled into the install file, or do i have a virus/malware?

JMich: Bundled, if pdf files aren't associated with something, it will try to install.
Thanks for the info. For a moment i was worried, you can never be too careful when it comes to online viruses etc.
As an update to this post, GOG needs to change their installers because Windows 8 now includes a built-in PDF reader and if you use this reader (therefore don't have any others installed), the installers will ask you every. single. time.

And yes, I know you can deselect it in the options, but a better solution is to simply have it deselected by default on Windows 8 in installers going forward.
I'm with The Joe on this.

SumatraPDF is one of the few free aps that doesn't try to install any toolbars or hijack your file associations, and just does the things you want. It reads PDFs and eBooks and some other formats and does it well.

Highly recommended.

GOG's new installer design does not install a PDF reader on Windows 8. They are gradually updating their games with this.
You know, releasing XPS or OXPS isn't THAT hard. They could just add them to the installers for those that don't want to deal with PDFs and other applications, seeing that Vista+ has support for XPS out of the box.
Another vote for Sumatra, Nice and light

Ah. Well, then. Nice to see at least one company on the ball when it comes to supporting a new OS.
I play my GoG games in Wine and I always have to deselect the option to install the PDF reader. Having checkboxes for optional installs set by default is a really bad habit for Windows systems and every time i see that I feel like punching the person responsible for it (of course i wouldn't do it, but at that moment I feel like doing so). If you want to include an option then fine, but don't have it on by default.
