The story shows Lester, a young physicist, who suddenly finds himself in an alternate world after lightning struck during his experiment. Players role is to find a way to get Lester back to "our" world. So at this price I'd be a fool not to buy it..
They did that also with classic games?

SimonG: If there is one game out there, with which I have a love/hate relationship, it would be this one.

I loved the style and the atmosphere, but I fu'&$%$ hated the difficulty of this game. I always got really angry after I got killed, only to be playing it again 15 minutes later...

But for 4 $? I will buy it, but I don't know if I can ever muster up enough nerves to play it again ...
do try it, seems somehow easier after all those years ;) (finished it a couple of months ago, but never managed to when the original came)

Previous Gog Gem promos haven't been sent to those of us subscribed to deal announcements through email (like all the weekend deals are). Assuming this is not intentional, hopefully this will be addressed?

Sadly as this edition was released in 2007 it seems to have fallen into the realm of paying for limited use.
That combined with the copy of complete space quest I bought coming with the remake of the 1st game (which looks horrible) has really made me swear off buying old games on CD now. (This disc also came with a dent in it making it unplayable so I had to get a replacement)

And this is why I love gog :)

I came to a strange part of the game, can someone help out on it? :)

Little Help, the computer had an error on the second page and the last character is NO "C". But I think you can figure out yourself, what character it should be (damn perspective, crashed the character)

GOG Gem promos are only advertised through social media. But they're also the first and third Wednesday of every month, so you don't have to follow us on our social media channels to know when we're going to have one.
