Pandora Directive missing manual?
bump...i think this topic should be on the top.
I know GOG is a small company and they surely have more than enough to do. But it would be still nice if they coul update us, if there can anything be done about the missing content in those games
Also with Overseer: I hope they fix the Cell Block section's instability. That really is completely unstable and hardly can be described as XP/Vista compatible.
Most of the game being compatible doesn't really count if you can't complete the damn thing. :P

Done. Tex Murphy Pandora Directive missing manual was added to the list. Realms of Arkania series added for missing soundtracks and no CD versions.
TM: Overseer
Is this a bug in the actual game code itself?

It happened with both ATI and Nvidia graphics cards and on XP and Win7. I don't know what's causing the crash. There's no specific point at which it crashes. It's just a certainty that it will crash at some point after using the laser cutter and before you get past the security bots.

gamebin: <snip>

Just a FYI, I added a bit about this thread and a link to it in the FAQ.
Conflict: FreeSpace - The Great War is missing the EAX patch too.

Navagon: Did you try the tricks in the Tex Murphy forum to get by?
cogadh: I wish the forum had a HELP area in addition to the General Discussion to put all of the FAQs and lists in one area.
Kirben: Is the patch official? I found it on Volition-Inc.com.

I have that thread favourited in case a solution is offered. No luck yet.
I added it on the list. Maybe, it will get some attention and someone will notice sometime in the next few years. :-)
For the games that are on sale, I didn't see any game-breakers, except for maybe, Tropico Reloaded. Some people are having missing disc issues. I haven't tested it yet myself.
Port Royale may be missing a PDF file too.
It's disconcerting to see our list getting larger. :-\

I think the list is amazingly small if you consider GOG has now roughly 200 (?) games available.
I'd bet the list of issues on Steam is far larger, percent-wise.
So far GOG has done a great job and fixed lots of the complaints, they really care and this shows.
Of course it could always be better, but from what I understand they are still a quite small team with limited resources, so they have to prioritize.

I think they are and should be concentrating on bringing out new games. A bigger selection increases the chances of someone finding a game to buy and brings exposure to the site.
STEAM is just terrible with its support. I'm not even going there. :-)
Either way, I don't like items on the list getting larger anyways. Overall, GoG has done great work.

" STEAM is just terrible with its support. "
BUT STEAM SUPPORT ROCKS !!!
*sarcasm* (sorry for the caps)
Unreal Tournament is missing Bonus Pack 4. It's also missing the 2nd CD S3TC textures and ChaosUT and Rocket Arena mods but the S3TC textures were buggy and the mods are not really official, they're fan-made.
I've heard that UT2004 is missing the XP Bonus Levels (ONS-Aridoom and ONS-Ascendancy). Can somebody confirm this? And does somebody know if Unreal Gold includes the Fusion Map Pack?

None of this was part of any official release from Epic. You can still download them online if you want them.
