JoeSapphire: So we're trying to guess his thing. Is he a paranoid doctor IE jailkeeper?

We suspect that there are multiple mafia families, and we're pretty certain that Bazil is a modified doctor - it's a fair possibility we have more than one doctor anyway so it might not be counterclaiming it could just be mass claiming which I imagine to be a bad idea on the first day.
There IS more than 1 Doc.
But I STRONGLY feel that outing themselves will do more harm than good.

Rodzaju: Tired...
Overworked....
Stressed.....
Maybe a bit rushed & not careful enough, or maybe too careful & getting in your own way...
avatar
Cruward_Darkeyes: how do you know all this?
A very proper question, considering I made up that bit about being overworked. The flavour does mention a certain problem I have with carrying out my duties, but it's not being overworked. Do you happen to know what it actually is, Rod, or are you just pressing your luck here?

Pre-post edit: So are we supposed to play bloody charades here?

Pre-post edit 2: A doc outing themselves would do more harm than good? You don't say!

Pushing my luck now, but I'm hoping that less than a complete sentence from my pm might be forgiven.

"cracked after years of seeing dead body after dead body"

That sounds like overworked to me.

Ha I was thinking along the same lines but it hadn't occured to me to use sarcasm! It greatly amuses me - I've been treating this game as very serious business.

DUH! DO YOU THINK?

Okay sorry Rod ; )

Are we playing twenty questions? Is it a good idea just to satisfy our curiosities?

Vote Rodzaju

you seem quite dodge

Rodzaju: "cracked after years of seeing dead body after dead body"
Couldn't you have paraphrased that?

I think he has some kind of a post restriction.

Maybe he really is a quack doc.
Maybe baz kills whoever he wants to save.

Yes I could, but it would probably have either lost it's nuance or given Baz enough wiggle room to deny it entirely.

I'm not trying to wiggle out of anything, I'm trying to figure out if you are making this stuff up or not the best way I can. That's sort of the point of this whole exercise.

My PM specifically mentions not having enough equipment to do anything properly. Lots of dead bodies, that's there too. It does not really imply I've "cracked", though, but it's not implausible.
im not quite sure what's happening here but i think were baseicly trying to figure out witch of these 2 is a Mafia trying to frame the other yeah? and they keep talking about some pm thieve sent each other ? (again sorry for being a noob)

But that's why there is a rule 9 in the first place! It ruins the fun if we just KNOW you're telling the truth. You should have at least checked with X before quoting it really.

If we know he's a quack doc then isn't he essentially the town vigilante? (the outed town vigilante). I suppose Baz needs to know that for it to be useful though - and by telling him we make him unuseful with that damn big target.
How are you planning to tell us if we guess it right Rod? You could put your finger on your nose - problem being none of us will see it as we're all in different continents and that.

The PM they're referring to is the original Personal Message that everyone recieved from ViolatorX at the beginning of the game detailing one's role.

It's still uncertain but I'm fairly convinced that Rodzaju and Bazilisek have verified one another's claims.
In my opinion we should trust (for now at least) that these are both town and should turn our hunt elsewhere. Though I'm sure some would disagree with me...

You've only got my word for it that came from my pm.
The point was to convince Baz, who seems to be increasingly suspicious of me & my motives, that I'm telling the truth.

Rodzaju: You've only got my word for it that came from my pm.
I'm flattered that you would cast suspicion on yourself just to preserve the enjoyment I get from the sense of mystery.

More trying to give myself a bit of wiggle room when Violator comes screaming...
