I think it's mainly the latter. We don't have much to go on, so I imagine everyone either has nothing to say or is hanging back and hoping someone makes an obvious tell they can jump on.

Actually(from what I know of the gameplay style of these games from observation.) night doesn't happen until: A majority vote is achieved, OP thinks too much time has occurred and moves us to night, or a nolynch gets majority vote. People can change their vote any time until one of those happens.

Well, let's hope OP deems it enough time to move on then.

Sadly, most Mafia OPs don't seem to have the cojones to force the game ahead if there's inactivity. I understand giving players(especially in newbie games) leeway, but allowing games to go for months on the same "day" seems too lenient to me. I think if a game stays more than 2 weeks or so(real time) on a game "day" the current official votecount should be tallied with the highest vote being the lynch(or nolynch for the day if there's a tie for first place in votes.), but that's just me.

Sorry if it sounds harsh but have you at least checked the tutorial or read the game description? This is not how this game works. The goal of this game is to find scum and lynch them, not to just go from day to day while losing players. I get the feeling you'd like it, though.


Not again! I went through this several times. You can't just wait for game to proceed, you should help it to proceed. Write something, claim something, accuse someone of something, claim scum or just post something funny.

Than please do tell me how you intend on figuring out who's the killer before he has commited the crime .
Since you seem such a genius, please do take a wild guess and make an assomption on criterias you don't even have yet.

It's a strategic decision, we need allies if we want to survive, and he doesn't seem to be a scum.

Ah and to reveal what I really think, since some of you (Vitek), are eagre to get people to talk and express themselves before the 1st day is over, objectively speaking, the most suspicious person on the thread, for me at least, seems to be planeshape.

If I didn't have the nolynch possibility, I'd probably vote for him.

He remain very discreet and vague in his posts, he doesn't really want to bring attention towards him, and he wants to make it clear that he's following /or at least trying to follow the rules.
I don't know what he meant by "Since lynching myself is a terrible idea, I chose nolynch"
