Speaking as a newbie who's playing their first Mafia game right now, I can tell you it's a lot of fun, and nobody gets too frustrated with you being a noob (although they do sometimes interpret noobishness as "scumminess" :3).

If its still open then I'd like to join sound interesting, total noob btw.
