Yes, I understand. But I think the problem is that this font needs "empty" space to look "lightly" ("a" is so open). Putting a lot of black lines close together makes this font looking "heavy".
Also minor corrections to t, d and b below.

I prefer the original to the proposal. A font is the sum of its parts. The proposed letters don't fit the font. And the proposed "t" offsets a words lettering such that it can confuse where one word ends and another begins. To be a gogfont, each letter should be in the style of the gog.com lettering. Otherwise what is the point?
I like the original gogfont. Though as it seems with most fonts, it looks better at some sizes than others. I used it at 22pcx and found it to be ideal for the making of some forum buttons.

I think I've found very similar font - the only difference is that GOG's font is slightly more rounded.
Logan Five Bold
It has similar "e" to ceemdee's version but "a" is quite different. So, as I typed before, if you are going to stay with "e" you need to make "a" more the same. Also there are diagonal lines, look at "w", "x", "v", "z", "k". I think this is like GOG's font should looks like.

Okay, I made a few adjustments to the font. It might still be missing some of the more obscure symbols, but I did everything in the default set of the program I was using. More symbols can be added if need be.
Here is the font.

TypeTool is a much much cheaper basic font editor by the same company. There are also a few free open source font editors available like FontForge (though I've never used any of them so I'm not sure how user friendly they are).
Thanks! :)
