It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

I purchased GK3 but it is not showing up in my GOG Downloader queue. I set it in my account settings to dl via the queue, but it is not working. Maybe I am missing a step. Is there something else I should try?
Thanks!

Have you actually clicked My Account (gog.com) - clicked on the game icon - then clicked add to downloader?
If you have the downloader open and logged in, it should appear, try refreshing the queue.
Yeah, something's up with that file. I can't add it to the queue either, the 'refresh queue' spininng icon doesn't stop. I can add other games to the queue though, so i think the problem might be specific to that one file.
I've downloaded GK3 last night with my browser (IE8) and it downloaded fine, so i guess you can use your browser.
Edit: Seems to be working now with the downloader.

Thanks for all the responses. I've tried the different things with no success. I'll try it on a different game. I did send a message to GOG - maybe there is something up with the file.
Thanks again!

The same thing happened with me last night. I had problems with both GK1 and GK2 appearing on the Downloader queue last week, but they eventually appeared after about a minute. However, I could not get it to download GK3. Clicked endlessly on "Add to Downloader" on "My Account", refreshed the queue several times, restarted GOG Downloader, clicked on "Add to Downloader" from other browsers other than IE, tried all that for about a couple of hours and nothing. Ended up downloading it through IE.

Give it another try. It started working at my end.

Yeah, i guess there was something up with the file as i added a few to the queue with no problem but when i tried to add GK3 it was a clear no-go. But it's working now, so i guess someone squashed the bug ;)

Alright - its working now! I added GK2 without any issue and still had no luck with GK3. What seemed to fix it was adding it to the downloader (in my account) and then closing the downloader and opening it back up again. Weird - but it's DL'ing now!
Funny thing was that I clicked the 'add to downloader' several times and when I reopened the downloader it added it 3 times.
As a side question - can I only DL one file at a time?
Thanks again for all your help!

That's the way it's always been working for me.

Unless your internet is shakey, slow or unable to commit the amount of time needed to download a file in one go its nearly always better to just download the game from the browser. Gogs downloader is still quite buggy. This would also allow you to download more then one game at a time.
