It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Bro: Trying to use downloader for IL-2: 1946, but downloads 3.7 MB file only. Refresh not helping...
If I payed it, you give me chance to download it.

Now I'm getting seriously pissed off...

If they don't fix it within few days, I'm contacting Paypal because I didn't receive what I payed for.

And then try to sell PR stunt to Paypal.
Liers.
Using the downloader isn't the only way of receiving what you paid for. 'Download using browser'.

Complaining you didn't receive a delivery because you weren't there to sign it and didn't organise someone else to be there isn't anyone's fault but your own.

I understand what you're trying to say, but I tried all possible ways and no luck...

I don't understand this...could you please further explain what you tried to say?

You can ignore the second part if you tried to download it using the 'Download using browser' link, I was just saying that you can't say they failed to deliver (let you download) if you weren't there to receive (by trying the other methods provided).

Do you get any errors when trying to download using your browser?

I don't have IL-2 but I'm guessing it is a multi-part download. You have to download all the files. It should say something like 'download using browser (1 of 2)'. You have to get them all.

I just tried again, after downloading it for minute or two it says something like source file cannot be read...
Connection is really OK, download rate was around 550 KByte/second before error message.

Ofcourse I'm not completely computer illiterate :) there are 4 parts, 2 largest files are 1.9 GB large.
I tried everything: direct download, GOG downloader, all download managers(cannnot resume download, btw) recommended on this topic.
It's still not working.

I personally use 'DownThemAll' for Firefox when downloading from GoG. Sometimes, if the download gets interrupted or if I have DownThemAll do accelerated downloading (downloading several pieces of the file at the same time), the download won't resume with a 403 error (Permission Denied). I've read it is possible to resume downloads from GoG if you can give your download manager (DownThemAll in my case) a new URL to resume from, but I've not had to look into it since setting DownThemAll to download 1 file at a time in one go (I just leave it on overnight) it works fine for me.

However, as you seem to be having trouble with all methods of downloading, the possibility of your ISP resetting the connection because you are downloading "lots", becomes likely. Does it affect any other games or just IL-2?

it used to work before even for larger files (>700 MB), but now can't download even 40 MB games.

thanks for help anyway!

Hmmm. Da nema veze sa port forwardingom ili sl.? :/

I doubt it, downloads through the browser are standard HTTP transfers.
1) Is it possible to try this from another connection? At a friends house for example?
2) Can you download large files from elsewhere, like Nexuiz?

Yes, no problems with that. Tried Nexuiz too, download outside GOG works OK.

I'll try with different ISP when I have the chance...

Cheers!

Finally, a working downloader! It took some time, but you managed to pull it through in the end. Thanks.
Well, I just downloaded about 5Gb in 5 games last night - took many hours, and it actually crashed around 3 Gb (probably my own fault for continuing to do lots of other stuff at the same time), but it picked up again no trouble when I restarted, and the game ran fine when I installed it.

Seems to be fine to me...
The games are downloading, but.... ive got another problem downloader. It's not showing up!

ive got it on the task bar i can see the game added to queue downloading but the downloader window is not anywhere visible.

i tried to uninstall GOG downloader and AIR but it doesn't work.
Can't log in to use the downloader, yet I can log in here fine. Odd.
Well, will add my own problem to this thread.

Able to login, able to download, but it doesnt 'finish' the download.
What I mean is: The download completes, but the file never goes from a temp file to an exe, it stays a temp file.

Downloaded using the browser fine.
