bedington: Clearly you are 'that' guy since my comment to GoG had nothing to do with you nor did it warrant a personal attack.
For all of the non a-holes out there...
I'm using IE
GoG Downloader doesn't work either.
I'm sent back to the form fill out screen.
I realize what time it is in Poland, but I'd rather not stay up late, which is why I'm posting now.
Just saying, keep calm. Saying this kind of stuff makes the dev actually want to bash your head over a desk, a wall, or any sharp apparatus (I know it from being an dev and having to deal with such shitty consumers like you once and a while, not capable of keeping cool and trying to fix that shit, and blaming everything on the company who's trying to give you something). For all of the non a-holes out there...

His complain is legit. As a customer, of course he would expect near perfect and trouble free experience since GOG is business entity.

Yes. I remember I was rather miffed when I sent a request for a Far Cry CD key and didn't hear back for a LONG time, then sent another one and heard back within the day. Customer Support needs more financing or something. :p As part of a good community here, I'd forgotten about that, but GOG is a business with customers that it should try hard to not lose (and from what I can tell, they do try, they're just still rather small). Maybe the new games will generate lotsa fresh revenue and bring better support as well more old, desperately-desired titles, too. ("Yeah, we'd like to buy the rights to System Shock and System Shock 2, and we're prepared to offer *Dr. Evil finger-move* 100 million dollars!")

wormholewizards: I think they could get some help with additional personnel on the customer support department. From my past experience, they're not the fastest but not to the point they ignore your email for weeks or completely like certain company. Usually it took 1 or 2 days, which i think could be better as they grow bigger. Maybe Lexor can fill in from 12 AM - 8 AM :) I suppose a couple of people could still help around though from overseas or something, as unpaid staff. For example, spreading site moderators to help cover a third of the time zones each, and a couple of people giving some low difficulty technical solutions to support tickets in North America to cover Poland's night time..... or get some really really dedicated night owls.

Hmmm, I would think Temple of Elemental Evil was one of the more stable games you could play on a modern OS, given it's not very old. My only grudge is that the graphics get screwed up if you set the resolution too high by editing the .ini file.
