[url=http://www.gog.com/x11]Our holiday sale is here! You’ve been waiting for the chance to pick up all of our great classics at incredible savings, and that time is now. Virtually the entire catalog is 50% off from now until 2 January 2011. While most of you have probably clicked through and are getting games now, let’s let you know about the fine details of the promo.

Activision games are on sale until the 26th of December, so be sure to pick them up early. We’ll do our best to remind all of you via or [url=http://twitter.com/#!/GOGcom]Twitter about that, so be sure to follow us there if you aren’t for updates and reminders. Further, The Witcher 2 will be 40% off during this holiday sale, but the Witcher: Enhanced Edition is 50% off. Finally, there are a few games that are not in our holiday sale: in particular, Codemasters games and Gothic 1 are not included this year.

Our holiday sales are the best time this year for you to pick up all of the classic PC games that you have been waiting to get since you joined GOG.com; Santa also appreciates you picking up games on GOG.com, because that’s less for him to fit in his sleigh. ;)

Happy Holidays to all, and we hope all your gaming wishes come true!

AWESOME sale! just bought 4 games that I really wanted, would've bought many more if I had more to spend tho :)
The problem with King's Quest (and other Activision games) not showing up on the promo page should be fixed right now. :)

At this price i will buy Little Big Adventure 1+2 *-*
What are GOG doing to me, 22 games $85 later and I've cleared my wish list excepting Gothic and I've added 5 more to my wish list to think over. On top of a local DVD distributor sale, my Amazon purchases and Christmas present shopping my wallet is almost empty. My start saving from January for this sort of stuff in future me thinks.
I've just picked through the games I would want, and came up with 23 games for $80... A lot of dough, even converted into real money (£££'s)... But its a lot of games... But a lot of money... For a lot of games...

A further nose at the list potentially eliminates 7 of those games (And $21)... But tis the season and all that... I think, given a decision of this magnitude... I'll have a beer or three prior to aid me in deciding.

I can't fing POD and Speed Busters on promo page
After a couple of brews, and a lot of soul searching, I managed to cut down me list to... 11 games... Maybe I'll pick up the rest next payday when I can mentally justify it...
53 games bought for $180.47, and that's AFTER shaving down the purchase list. Not sure if that's something to be proud of or horrified by just yet.

Only problem is my games shelf glitched out and is now a random mess, ruining the way I'd organised it. Oh well, shit happens.
Gothic 2 and 3 are discounted but not original Gothic?!

Is that right?

Oops! should have taken the time to plough through all the posts first! :(

Gothic isnt in sale

Anyone else wanting know what *isn't* in the sale I found this

Both games are displayed just fine when using search function and/or switching to the "sports" tab.
Gothic 3 too?

Another game not on the promolist...

Weird. What browser do you use? And could you please provide a screenshot of the promo page?

Firefox.

I have noticed that gog.com is not working well on my main computer (it's old and I have Windows 2000), but it's working good on my laptop (Windows 7). So this probably has something to do with my computer, but still that means your code is not suitable for older computers.

It's not that old though, and I can play most of my games on it (King's Bounty), so there should be no problem with the websites too.

I'll try to add screenshot.
