If you had you PayPal account linked to your credit card then you might try to revert the transaction in cooperation with your bank (and then PS3 seller and maybe even the shipping company), but here time is of the essence. If the PS3 has already been shipped / reached destination then your chances are close to 0.

What good would a PS3 be in Algeria anyway? They don't have electrical power? Is there some PS3->Camel adapter available that I haven't heard of?

Nah, I won't condemn the whole country, but I'm truly fucking agitated. . I've contacted the seller (who have stopped the shipment), sent a message to Paypal (who have noticed that something fishy has been going on, and have limited my account), so I reckon this might get resolved.

Now that's an impressive sale. I'll probably end up violating my moratorium on buying new games and just grab the 10 or so games I've had wishlisted. And here I thought this vacation would end up letting me shorten my list of games I've bought and not played.

Strangely this isn't as as tempting as the targeted promotions, although there are quite a few days left for me to get sucked in.......
