the d2d sale has a handful of games on sale each day.
the gog sale has ALL GAMES discounted all 14 days.
Pretty much, technically GOG has the best sale, as the Steam sale (while having all the games on sale) only has them on sale for 1 week. So people who may be waiting for the next paycheck can't cash in on it.
But with GOG, you've got two weeks to buy the games, you oughtta have a paycheck by that time. :D

My brother has made a discovery... The games aren't treated as "promo games", thus no "full price-sale=promo price" equation.
You know what that means?
You can gift any game at the current, lower price.
I've tried it and it worked. I hope it's an intended feature and not a bug that's going to be ironed out. :-)
If this promo wasn't extremely cool in itself, it would be for this aspect. I know many a user wanted the ability to gift games at the promo price.

For about 30 bucks, I just bought ALL of the games on GOG which were of interest to me that I didn't already own.
