Any chance of selling the Linux version along with the Windows Version of Ut2k4? That would totally make my day :)

jvgp100: excellent news! Any chance the soundtracks will be added at some stage?

Yes!! And Alexander Brandon (Deus Ex) is a master!!
I really want to play Unreal II again. It was an underrated gem! :-)

I'm a Michiel van den Bos kind of a man myself :)
Also, as someone mentioned, some umx files are .s3m, but also a fair number was .it (Impulse Tracker). You can easily extract/export them through the map editor.
Same here, fan of these guys :)

Ois: From memory, the original Unreal engine uses a variation on the S3M format for it's music (*.umx). Or at least, I recall it being recognised as S3M way back when I first got the game.

I'm pretty sure you're right, but if anyone can't be bothered checking, MODPlug Player will play .umx files directly, and does an excellent job of decoding them (or, at least, it used to - haven't used it in years).

Yes, it does :)!
Gog.com, you keep impressing. Damn, I really need to finish up the games I have so I can buy more from you guys!

DukeNico: Yes, it does :)!

I figured it was an update of this magnitude. Why else would they have not announced it? because Duke here already figured it out. :)
$10 for Unreal Gold?
Meh, I have already bought it twice, no need to get it again.
Very nice. This certainly bodes well for the possibility of other big publishers signing on.

Yep, I remember seeing someone say, that they weren't going to be happy if this happened, I told them, if having these games which are available everywhere else, is what it takes for other companies or more games to show up on here, then that's what it takes, and I'm willing to live with it.
EDIT:
besides the original unreal tournament had no drm, stuff like steam where it has to use a client is kind of silly.

jvgp100: ONE MUST FALL! I didn't know that was Epic. I've voted for that on the wishlist already. That game was utterly, utterly incredible.

Indeed. Love the theme music. And it was apparently made by a guy and his brother, except for the sound system and music.
Anyway, as much as this is great news, I really think UT'99 at the very least should be priced at 6$. People buying it in addition to UT2k4 would be more likely, then. Also, the inclusion of packages/bundles should be considered, and now would be a good time to add that. I was planning to buy the Unreal Anthology, containing all four games (of which I only really need the UT games) for 15-20$, it's the additional shipping costs that are keeping me from doing so. You should consider something like 15$ for the two UT or the two Unreal games, and 30$ for all four. Implement it as a coupon, if you want.
While the above might sound like me being a cheapskate, it's not just that. :P
Also, I'd like to point out that UT2k4 is 5$ cheaper than on Steam and you don't need the Steam client, either. This brings a tear of joy to my eye.

Drat. I already bought the boxed collection with all four games and the soundtrack.
Still, it's a nice catch for GOG, anybody that doesn't own UT99 or UT2004 needs to buy them, for sure.
Quite simply the best multiplayer shooters available.
