It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

overread: You say that buuut I just logged onto steam and noticed a few big depressions in use of their service today and I'm betting GoG is most likley the cause of a lot of users vanishing to get their GoG newness :)
Personally I don't put much stock in Steam's usage statistics. Especially not given the noticeable gap between the statistics it claims on the front page and what is claimed elsewhere.

As for people backing up their games, that's what GOG gets for panicking the hell out of people.
Actually I think the speed has gradually become better for the site. I'm guessing that everyone rushed for the inital excitement and perhaps even got got themselves a game or two.
Okay, so why is my rep spiralling upwards?

I also find I can’t close out the screenshots after viewing them I can’t find an X and I tried Esc. Does anyone know how to close them out now? I am sorry if this is a stupid question but I have to hit back on my browser to get out of the ss view while checking out a game and that takes me back to the games list.

Not only is it strange that it's going up like that, but also that it's displaying both totals.

Rep was always in need of work, but it wasn't this broken before.

They have either changed the rep calculation somehow or this massive user avalance has something to do with it... I don't know... In the first half a year I got my rep up with a "huge" effort. Then they changed the system and I went lurking in the background... now I seem to get +1 with every post I make.

edit: case and point: with this post it went from 9 to 10...

Before the update you used to get 1 rep for every day you post here (regardless of number of posts or quality).

Given your obvious lack of posting, that's more than likely why.
Well, I hope it will be better tomorrow. Today it was really slow and stuff.
Please allow a few days for the guys to sort things out... Oh, wait...

GOG fix your damn site!

/rage /laugh /cry

Yea, that's exactly how my emotions are about all what happened this week.
GOG.com is a bit slow today for me while other sites seem okay. Not as slow as after the famous 2010 coup but some elements keep on loading for ten to twenty seconds.
Everyone is looking at Ralackk
Just a "little" slow... I can barely load any page... O_o
I have no problems whatsoever?
