first of please excuse me if this is posted in the wrong forum section.

Second, hello, 1st post here :) just registered with TW2 purchase.

Heres my question :

I got the game, registered it, donwloaded the Troll DLC, but I cannot find anywhere the other free stuff that was supposed to arrive. The CE digital artbook, soundtracks, video stuff, etc...I got a response from customer services that this should be listed on my "shelf" but theres nothing else besides TW2 and those free games.

Anyone has any idea how to acquire the additional stuff ?? Or must I log to the witcher profile, which atm doesnt seem to be working neither

Hit the "My account" button at the top right, click The Witcher 2 box, and scroll down. You should have a list of all the extra stuff there.
