another COD? I know that the series give Activision a ton of cash a year, but why continue?
Ghosts was a fucking disaster,BO2 was mediocre at best, admit it you are losing imagination.what now, another COD every 6 months?I'm tired of the franchise,it has become like Final Fantasy.just let it die,let it go.you've milked the franchise enough,it's dry as the Saara
rant over
Well, at least with these many CoDs they should lower the prices on the earlier ones. It's about time.

Ever since River Raid they've been out of control!
It won't stop as long as people buy and now with Sledgehammer they want to go with a three developer cycle. With Treyarch coming after Sledgehammer and Infinity Ward. Eventually, it will stop selling and like Guitar Hero will go out. However, that will probably be awhile off. You need to get a successful MMO jump to consoles or something similar. There in lies the rub.

Dude, you just answered your own question.
If only Activision hadn't made such good games for the Atari 2600, we'd never be in this mess. TinyE has it right!
Well,Black Ops 1 is still quite expensive

People are surprised that COD is still around? This isn't anything new.

This CoD probably will fix all the problems Ghosts had. I do would like to see another WW2 CoD, or a WW1 one.
The reason they keep making them is because they keep making money off of them. Surely it's not too hard to understand.
Money speaks. Haven't got a COD since COD4 in 2007. Will decide whether to buy if COD returns to WWII.

I would like to see them make a WW2 where you play as the Nazis or Werhmatch, however you spell it. Or do the Wolfenstein route and add sci-fi to it.
Direct your discontent at the people who buy the goddamn games, not those who make and sell them.
Was Ghosts an actual flop economically?

I imagine it got nastyish reviews, but that doesn't stop the Bros(TM) from slurping it down.

Play Hearts of Iron, you can as play any nation in WW2. Although that's a grand strategy series.

Even if they went back to WW2, I doubt I will get the game at release. I always found paying $60 for an FPS ridiculous, even for other genres I probably won't get it at launch at that price.
