Catshade: Not much, but I remember feeding a stray cat who decided to go into labor in my parent's garage when I was a kid. Too bad my parents didn't allow me to keep them :(
If you haven't, you can always do one now. in fact, that's the point!

Though I'll still count your previous entry of course. Too bad they wouldn't let you keep 'em. :(

Not sure if this would count but... I help my little brother with his homework every day to help my parents out with the stress it provides.

I got my little brother a Wii last Christmas. My parents were livid, because I really couldn't afford it, but I'd promised I would buy him one before reclaiming the one he was using, which actually belonged to me, since he had a fair number of games for it.

Doesn't really compare with helping a stray cat, though. >_>

I've been taking care of my girlfriend, who had a surgery and is now delirious on medication. That's pretty darn kind, especially since it's cutting into Skyrim time.
