How does everyone feel about simultaneous turns as Dr. Zli suggests?

Clearly you would have to set a priority list. Like, move to this square, attack so and so (if in range), attack so and so (if person 1 is not in range).

Hm. But how can one set priority for attacks landing if you move. And if you move into a closer range(I.E. Within one square of Exile) the attack should do more damage
Perhaps, rather than attacking a person, allow targetting of a square, to hit whoever may end up in that square, randomising if more than 1 person is in the same square.

If things change too drastically, perhaps we should consider this & dress rehearal & restart...

as far as I'm concerned I'm ok with the double turn, my warrior is ok too, mage still hasn't replied to my emails, only on my pm

Ok. We will proceed like that then. If changes need to be made, I will adjust after the game. But the second turn should help compensate somewhat.

If your mage doesn't respond, then, as the captain, you may move for him until he does respond.

If a player drops out of the match altogether, there will still be 3 GOGs distributed among the winning team.

Whenever you're ready, you make take the two turns.
