Support is handling it. They requested all the info and the intended recipients for round 2 on Friday, I gave them the info on Saturday. This happened on the weekend though so I figure they are just waiting till a week day to take care of it. If they don't get it to you by Wednesday, then I'll cancel the support request and we will work it out in a different way. (I don't want to buy the same games twice if I can avoid it). Again, sorry for the round 2 delay, should be coming any moment now.
