Several people have mentioned that there IS a fraud-related court case against you in the German courts. That's all I'm stating...the fact that you seem to be facing fraud charges.

Wrong. You see, you not know the Facts. Its nothing like against me but GDATA send me an mandatory injunction because they think i sell Keys paid with stolen Credit Cards, but i buy the Keys from a big Supplier. I send them all Informations and they want fight against because they can fight against the SUpplier because he is in Poland. So now i am the Victim of the Company. But i have lawyer that works and fights for me. When i lose i will go bankcruipcy in buisness. Yes. But i will fight. But fighting costs Money. And now the Case is on a very high Judgement in Germany. Its expensive for me. I have a Child and Wife that i married next Week , so i have Family.... Hope you understand me a little bit!

Come on, this model was always based on how exceptionally original it was which created a big amount of press for it not to mention that all games with this model, so far, only used it for a short period of time.
The site just won't work, full stop. It will end up being the dumping ground of mediocre to bad games and it will give the site a bad image. Unless you can attract talented developers interested in selling their better game on there, it has almost no chance.
The problem is one of choice. If it DID work, you'd have a site with a lot of decent to great games which can all be bought for next to nothing. And then you'd bump into the biggest problem: choice. Say someone has £10 to spend and your site has 30 games. He'd just pay each game 30p. Sure, for you it will still mean you make £2.5 but instead of one developer getting the other £7.5, he'll get a mere 25p for his game.
Basically, if you add enough good games, people will just want to get them all. For a single game they might feel generous and give £5 if the game originally cost £10 or 15. For 10+ games you can bet that the huge majority will drop the price they're willing to pay quite a lot because of the number of games they want to get. Then, the model suddenly becomes a lot less interesting for developers and you end up with developers leaving due to a low average price.
On the other hand, if you only have a few games on there, your site will fade into obscurity. Both ways are set to fail.

Whatever you say i will try and i have really good games. This Forum is not the Point of the World an i have many Contacts to Press Members and the Developer will help on their sides, too. So, its a choice of everybody to buy or not. I believe on this Site and the FUture of it and its your choice to buy or not buy.

That's how it's gonna be. It's a cruel, harsh world, and people just aren't kind-hearted and giving all the time. Especially when it comes to stuff like video games and digital merchandise. Hell, a lot of folks a pirating apps that regularly cost a lousy $0.79.
Many, if not most of the sales will probably be in the $0.01 to $1 range. The whole thing is gonna crash and burn within a couple of weeks.

this guy started the advertising for this "great project", as he always seems to do in business. if you could read the german forums and follow all the links there, you get a picture of this guy thats horrible. to describe this guy and his past and present deeds as "fishy", is like to say hitler was a santa. this guy smells for miles. and now he is starting a charity thing and helping the indie developers? very bad joke, ideed :(
small summary of all this informations found on german forums:
- over 4 years in jail for fraud,
- many times driving witout a licence and got caught,
- used a weak point in his competitors system to get their customers database and posted the fact everywhere in the public. later then he was trying to pretend he was a good helping hand ;)
- started a gratis project, where ppl worked for him and got to get prizes. but this guy sold software payed with stolen cc-data and thats the mentioned court case (worth 100.000 EUR). so he is spending the money to pay a lawyer and of course the ppl will not see any promised prizes. not funny to this ppl, that there is proof, he spend the money on iphones, monitors and stuff and when some ppl announced they will inform the police, he send some small prizes, but the rest is f....
- he was selling gamekeys and many ppl didnt receive any, neither the money back. many negative statements about that fact and that the german police is informed about that.
and thats even just a part of his famous business activities. if you read this german forums, you just keep your mouth wide open and can�t believe so much s... just from one guy. and now he gets into charity business? ;)
and the best thing is, how he is dealing with critics, getting very rude and faking accounts, to post positive statements about himself. got banned dozens of times for that faking, like he tried here, too.
so what did you say about trust? ;)
any developer or publisher, that gets in a line with him, will have to make fast steps backward, or they will never get rid off of this fishy smell ;)

Nah, it's pretty much a factual summary of your online activities in the last year or two. And the prison time and driving without a license are things you admitted to yourself.
You're obviously not ripping EVERYBODY off, otherwise you wouldn't have lasted as long as you have.
In the link you posted, you already have about 5 percent of complaints from people not receiving their merchandise and stuff like that. In addition to that, your profile lists 10 cases of mediation necessary, which to me translates as more people having problems with their orders from you.
