He likes you . :)
It's pretty unfortunate how indie devs will leap onto any platform within reach to sell their games from. That was always going to bite them in the arse eventually. Which is a shame as indie devs typically are a good example to major publishers.
Gosh... Some people just won't learn until someone hits them in the face - or get sued!

Well, yes, they want to sell their games. You can't blame them !

For that? No. For not doing any research into who they're doing business with? Yes.

As incompetent as suing one of the developers.
How on earth did I miss all this wonderful drama? And people wonder why I watch very little television these days.

To be fair, the site did go live today and made headlines in the online gaming press. It really shouldn't be surprising that it would be a topic of discussion again. However, a whole new thread on it wasn't really necessary, but what's done is done.
The thing is I don't think we got to the bottom of this.
I bought the pack, downloaded it and just installed two of the games, they work fine, there's no problem there.
The only thing I would like to know is how is the money going to be handled.

Narushima: ...

The guy just overreacts too much at anyone who shows any kind of criticism against him, which is a typical behavior of anyone who has something to hide. So yeah, I wouldn't really entrust him with my money, not after seeing him throw 'lawsuit!' all around

Most likely it's all going in that guy's pocket. It seems very obvious now that the devs certainly won't any of it and I doubt the charities will either. (In fact, I wonder if the charities are even aware of this "project")
