Depends on if I would know the location where would that rift take me. And still...I am not sure. It would be possibly one time opportunity, but to leave everything behind? I just dont know....
1. Yes, If I won't be interested in the game I will regift it.

2. I would jump right into it. This world / reality doesn't offer me what I need.

Noo, nope...would not step through. Have to finish fully implementing my grand Master Plan in this world first..still have a ways to go yet. I would however, hang my arse into said portal and fart, just to see what happened. I usually abstain from give-aways, to give others a chance to get games (Have a good backlog already, but I really like your style, so I am in!), Also, in the unlikely event I win, if I get something I already have, I'll gift to someone deserving in your hallowed name

Hell yes. Not only I've spent this year losing virtually all that used to bind me to this dimension, but also, it would be a one-time opportunity for something so immensely unexpectable that I'd spend my life eaten by curiosity if I didn't jump. It would be like a duty to hop into that, as a human. Plus, I love our race for its ability to die stupidly, falling from mountains nobody forces us to climb, or getting swapped away by giant waves we just had to go watch from closer, or frozen to death in arctic wastelands where there was nothing to seek. Just for the need of having set foot there, seen, stretched our collective fiekd of vision. I think we've already discussed this in a Mars rover thread.

Also, "Guess what could be forbidden". I love Quino.

I would absolutely step through.

I think there are two kinds of people in this world: 1. The kind of person who stopped believing in magic when he or she became old enough to trade the Ninja Turtles sweat pants for fashionable jeans and 2. Those of us who are still to this day very disappointed that no wizard has stepped into our lives to lead us into an adventure.

I'm of the second group. I find my life to be sorely lacking in terms of adventure, and I would be absolutely willing to risk what little I have holding me here in order to find it. Now, I'm not saying I'm suicidal or anything, but I think you guys know what I mean. How many of you would trade all of your worldly comforts for a single shot at going to the moon, or to become a dangerously embedded Bond-esque spy in Paris?

I'm saying a chance like an inter-dimensional rift opening before your eyes is something that simply doesn't happen more than once in a lifetime, and to not step through it would be to condemn yourself to a life of wondering what would have happened if you had.
I will throw a bottle of peanut butter into the portal (why peanut butter? I dont really know, just first thing come in mind). However, I won't step in, even the unknown is somehow tempting. I still have my family, and friends, I cannot just suddenly dissappear forever. There are a lot of responsibility to fulfill. It will be a desicion that I may regret, but still one that I'll never take.
But, but, I'll step in this giveaway for the unknown. :)

If it was a day I had school or when I'm working I'm usually open to anything that gets me away from either so I would probably jump through it then, after calling my mom and letting her know I was going on a Sliders styled journey.

If it was one of my few days off I would probably consider it but blow it off due to my obligations towards my pets and friends. Since most of the animals in my life need me to eat I would not leave them to die.

- Why do you always carry that bottle of peanut butter with you ?
- In case an interdimensional rifts opens.
- Oh, okay.
I would absolutely go through the rift. I would rather live with the possible regret of entering a worse situation than the regret of not knowing what was on the other side.

The chance of experiencing something amazing or extraordinary is probably greater by traveling through the portal. I could end up dead, or suffering for all eternity, but at least I'll know I took the risk!
It's a really hard decision for me to say yes I will or no I won't. I've lived in fear for quite a while cause I had severe panic and anxiety attacks, especially out in public. I'm a lot better now than I was. If I had a choice, I think I would go through. Can't always fear the unknown or anything else for that matter. Life is always about risks and I haven't done enough risky stuff. I would miss my kids, family and friends so much, but I would want to do this for myself; whether I live or die. I could be proud that I wasn't afraid of taking that leap of faith.

Yeah, then the next day, Earth gets invaded by creatures from another world, hungry for peanut butter. Good job.

Probably not, I'm the kind of guy that likes watching travel shows with adventure and all that, I like playing adventure games like broken sword that take you all over the world.
But when it comes to me going somewhere outside of town or the country for a vacation or for school I hate it to hell, I couldn't be more miserable. I'm just really lazy and although I don't really have a lot of fun here at home I hate change and right before I leave I get a huge desire to just hang out in front of the tv with my dog watching mindless crap instead of packing and checking bus schedules.
I'd jump through it because SCIENCE!!!
I would because I guess I'm already on a one-way trip.
Thanks for your mysterious giveaway and count me in, too! +1

For the question:
No, I don't think I'll go in that rift because how can I tell is it safe for me on the other end?
What if it's super dangerous like having crazy monsters rampage throughout the land or the world without oxyen? So, I think it's safer for me to remain here on this earth. :)
