1. Quit smoking - probably not gonna happen especially since my wife is a chain smoker!
2. Lose weight - again, probably not gonna happen unless I get sereiously sick, I am LAZY!
3. Spend more time with extended family - NEVER MIND!!!!!!!

My goal will be to heal my limbs and lose weight. Chances are that will last until about 2 weeks to the next fencing tournament, when I immediately wreck my ankle once again and have to be sidelined.
