Not in but man what a great game! I think I'm right on this, but I LOVED Monolith games - they had such unique spins on a quickly staling genre (FPS). So fluid and always just a biiiiiiit different from the more vanilla offerings out there. Shogo, the NOLF games... I know I'm missing one or two more. Good give away, hope someone enjoys this as much as I did back in the day.

Glad you're saying this, I really enjoyed Shogo a lot. That's what I hope too: that a bit more attention and love gets thrown to that title. Wasn't aware Monolith did No One Lives Forever, I should get around to playing these sometime. They're sadly not on GOG though.
Had to contribute. Hard not to.

Thanks, chevkoch! Great idea. :)

Chevkoch: Wow, I never thought you would actually check out W. Kamau Bell's show because of my silly headline. That is fantastic! I am very glad you enjoyed it. I always found the funniest segments to be the ones with Kamau talking to random people on the streets of New York, where hilarity often ensued! If you are interested, here is a blog post by Kamau with YouTube links to his own personal favorite segments that ever aired on his show: http://www.wkamaubell.com/2013/11/my-favorite-totally-biased-segments/

Haha, yeah, I'm still waiting to find out how much forking-over will happen as things develop. Keeping up with the threads on that topic is a challenge. Glad you are having fun with this :)

Thanks for that link to the highlights. I'm thinking maybe his particular approach will thrive more in a different format than what bigger US TV networks are able to offer anyway. Although I personally would wish a wide exposure for material like his, that carries an emphasis on talking about real matters going wrong and wants to invite viewers to heck, do the right thing. The NYC women cat calling video and the one about homophobia and football are TV that deserves to have a wide audience.

Appreciate your approval ;) Is that what's happening with Syfy now?

Looked at their site, and had a WTFork moment:

"Lost Girl follows supernatural seductress Bo, a Succubus who feeds on the sexual energy (sometimes called "chi") of humans. Growing up with human parents, Bo had no reason to believe she was anything other than the girl next door - until she drained her boyfriend to death in their first sexual encounter." o.O³

Thanks! :)
Thanks for this, chevkoch! I really like these types of fun giveaways plus Shogo looks cool as well. Count me in +1

I know there is a Bieber one already, but I wanted to submit this one anyway.

Bieber gets it again. I wonder what it is that this kid is always featured in the news? Maybe people just hoping to see the talentless celebrity-bots fail hard. And then to be never mentioned again ;)

Good to have you participating!

I will close this in a while, so anyone wanting to get their headline in, do it soonish — you're still welcome to take part! ;)
People don't like changes, especially changes to their mobs.
Edit: Finally got it thanks. Whats an angry mob without torches?

I'm extending the giveaway for another day or so, in order that you can get your headline image in. Anyone else still wanting to participate, you're of course welcome to as well :)

Here's a little step-by-step tutorial on how to make it happen in iPiccy:

1) download template.jpg (attached to OP) to your computer

2) go to iPiccy

3) click on "Start Editing!"

4) click on "Upload photo"

5) navigate to where you downloaded template.jpg to, then upload it

6) in the navigation bar on top, click on the fourth icon from left (looks like four blue sheets stacked above each other - hovering your mouse pointer over it, it says: "Blender: layer photos, add text and stickers")

7) put your mouse pointer over the image, now with your scroll wheel on your mouse you can zoom to make it appear bigger (easier to work with that way)

8) in the navigation bar below the one we just used, click on the third icon from left (shows a "T" - "Add text")

9) in the upper left corner, click into that box that says "Your Text Here" and write your text

10) you can choose a font you like best in the list below and adjust the font size with the slider provided (where it says "Size")

11) putting your mouse pointer over the text layer in the image and holding left-click, lets you move it around

12) to tilt the text layer, place your mouse pointer on the one "handle"-like point (on top of that line that extends upwards from the text layer box)

If you want an additional line of text, repeat steps 8-12

13) when you are OK with where you placed the text layer(s), click the check mark icon in the upper right corner ("Combine layers and close")

14) in the navigation bar on top, click on the first icon from the right (the disk icon, "Save"), give it a name then and save the finished image to your computer

Add the image to a post here - Done! :)

Hope this is easily understandable. If you have questions, feel free to ask.

Sweet, you got it working! Right, torches. Can't have a proper riot without them :)
