milito3515: ...As I said before, I'll PM the winner requesting his e-mail, and I'll send him a link to download a copy of the game... without DRM!

milito3515: ...I bought the game in other digital store. They gave me the game DRM-Free.
This giveaway was so wrong, and illegal. There are no "digital stores" than send "links" to customers to download their DRM-Free games. Probably the game was part of a Humble Bundle and you just downloaded and uploaded the installer somewhere to share it. This is illegal distribution of digital content and against the laws, easily explained in a single word: Piracy.

Please, do not do that again.
Well this got awkward, not one but two questionable giveaways. Actually I had a feeling this was the case with OP not understanding what DRM FREE actually means when I saw these giveaways unfortunately I was right.

I did this giveaway before I knew it was "illegal".

I bought the game in Humble Bundle, another digital store (Sorry if it's Spam).

milito3515: <snip>Illegal giveaway apology>
You've done this, found out it was wrong, and apologised. Therefore I'd like to welcome you to the community.

Many people came here from pirating games. TPB is one of GOG's sources of trade. They should not judge you for mistakes, only for grievances. In your case it was simply misunderstanding of some concepts.

So, you've got some neg rep to make back, but please join us and learn about what DRM free gaming means, and what GOG is working towards.

Everyone makes mistakes myself included the good thing is that you learned and apologized. This GOG community is very forgiving so I am sure you'll be able to turn that neg rep around even though it might take a while. Good Luck :)

Everyone figures things out in a less than optimal way sometimes. No big thing. It would be cool if you would still be part of the community. Now that you've brought a bit of attention to your user name :)
